I signed and paid this company in February 2024. It is now April 10th and Im still not verified on ******* they wont return my calls or emails. I asked for a refund in which they replied in march, that I would not receive a refund. Im still till this day trying to get in contact with them.

Buyer Beware! I agree with all of the comments about this company being a total scam. I am always more careful when it comes to this kind of business, but they have an ability to see when your ****** Business account is flagged or in need of verification...so they say. They called and told me they were partnered with ******, which is a lie, and that I needed to verify my account which is also a lie. They said they could do that for me and make sure it stays verified, which I already did twice in the last couple of years on my own.Long story short, I paid the $199.00 foolishly but was "promised a seven day money back guarantee.". I started reading all the negative reviews and called ****** only to confirm that my account is in fact fine and already verified and that this company is not a partner with them. I called them right back on the same day they took my payment and requested a refund. They said it would be processed that day. This was a week ago, still nothing. I called two more times this week, both times they said "they checked with billing and the refund would be processed that same day. "I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute, and will also file a former complaint with the BBB. This company is a total scam, should be sued in a class action lawsuit and put out of business. DO NOT ENGAGE with them!

A real SCAM business is what they are. They called themselves two different business names. First your verified in which they made it sound urgent that there was something wrong with my ****** ad. That I wasnt verified properly but that was false information. My account was running just fine when I checked it. Then they set up an onboarding call in which I was to help them add the proper words for when people search our business so we would be found and pushed to the top of ****** searches. That lasted for two seconds and they quickly moved on not caring that I had more tags to add. Then the call quickly turned into a new pitch that they needed $1500 to set everything up. The man couldnt explain why the price changed so drastically or what the first charge was for. I kept saying no! It quickly turned into high pressure tactics. They showed an unimpressive PowerPoint (one page of nothing), kept going through the same five sentences they had planned and then tried to get a super high price from me reassuring me that Id be connected to an account manager who would handle everything. I was notin fact their customer service was very rude with me multiple times. The manager never answered my questions. The manager did not give me a direct phone line. She danced around that a million times even though thats what I was promised. Their website ***** especially if they are pros at marketing. They couldnt provide success stories. They provide absolutely no service other than taking your money. When I called to complain that I couldnt get a hold of anyone and get my refund, the lady on the phone was literally SCREAMING at me. She wouldnt let me express my issues with the company. Another time I man started going off on me for the wrong founds. The business is comprised of awful people. They are out to hurt small business owners. Not help them. I had others listen and look at their information and they all agreed this is a SCAM! BBB needs to shut them down

We would like to clarify that we do not operate under two business names. Your Verified Now is a sister business and a different company. The customer in question purchased two services from us, specifically SEO Search ******************* services, which are unrelated to verification services. The customer provided us with a detailed list of keywords and search terms she wanted to rank for. Our **************** team was not rude to her; in fact, we promptly cancelled her account when she became verbally abusive and threatened to leave a negative review. The call lasted only one minute.We regret that we were not given the opportunity to showcase our work and explain how the internet functions. We want to emphasize that we are a legitimate business with numerous satisfied clients and positive testimonials on our ****** Listing from business owners across *****************, ******, and ***********. Some of our clients have been with ** for over five years. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to work with individuals who are confrontational and resort to threats of negative reviews in order to obtain refunds.Thank you for your understanding.

With all due respect, why did you purchase anything then? If you were so underwhelmed by the website and the sales presentation, why did you agree to enroll in two different services? You were enrolled for about a month before even requesting to cancel services, and upon reviewing the calls leading up to cancelation YOU called in screaming at every agent you spoke with. This is the third review you've left on different platforms from different email accounts. While you're entitled to your opinion, you are basing a review on false information and leaving your second review on the BBB with the sole intention of hurting our business. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Worst experience EVER! High pressure sales. Get off the phone ASAP!!! They scam people by saying something is wrong their ****** ad when there isnt anything wrong with it. They try to make it legit by showing you a PowerPoint but it shows you absolutely nothing. They cannot provide proof of their success after ten years in business. Turned asking for $250 for the lifetime of your business into wanting over $1000 to set up AND a monthly fee. Completely misleading from the get go. Not transparent. No contract like with most companies. Very rude employees. Good luck getting past their customer service portal. Poor grammar. Poor emails. The person that emailed me changed names twice! They dont respond to emails. No direct line. SO many red flags-run! Worst run business ever. You cant call that a business-its a scam.

Scam artists! Claim to verify your ****** business, I find out after they stole my money that my business is in fact already verified. Their receipt doesnt match the charge on credit card. They have a 3 day policy for cancellations and when you email and call to cancel they keep telling you to wait 24 hrs or they dont answer at all nor do they respond to emails. After 2 days the number doesnt allow you to leave messages as if its no longer in service. They scheduled an appt for a marketing rep to talk to you but after they take your money they do not call and they do not notify you per email nor give you any confirmation code as a record of your cancellation. They just claim that the note will be passed on. They are ripping off small businesses and claiming to help them but in actuality they steal your money and all of a sudden you can not get a hold of anyone .

We are not sure where any of this is coming from because you were refunded upon request. It seems like you are confused on how the cancelation policy works, we begin working on your account as soon as you come on board. If you colored someone's hair and 2 weeks later they asked you for a refund because they're starting to see ****** again, would you honor that refund? Either way, you were refunded THE NEXT DAY. The claims that you cannot get a hold of someone are a bit fabricated and your timeline doesn't add up. If you were refunded 24 hours after purchase, why would you claim that 2 days later our number doesn't work. In addition to your BBB review, you also left a ****** review with some other false claims. While you are entitled to your opinion, your review is unfair, untruthful, and harmful to our business.

What a joke! Save your money. After they supposedly made my ****** ad better it actually was worse! I had to go on ****** and make changes myself.

However, you told us last month that you were not looking for any new business as you were retiring, so this review is a bit conflicting as you suggested that you were slowing down and didn't need further assistance. We wish you had contacted us with your concerns instead of hiding behind a negative review, but good luck in your retirement!!!

Complete scam. They stole money for me and now they have turned off the phone. They wont answer emails they refuse my refund, seems like this place is being ran by **********, and Daffy duck.. absolutely under no circumstances. Should anyone that even attempt to do business with this so-called company.

Oh ******, you know what really happened, are we still doing this? Yes, your calls were blocked because you disputed the charge with your bank and from that point on you harassed us, called us and emailed us multiple times a day, demanding your money back when you knew that we couldn't do that because of the chargeback that you opened. This was explained to you every single time you called and emailed, but after threats, inappropriate language, and the complete lack of professionalism we had to protect our employees and serve other PAYING clients and stop any calls from you to our business.

This company is a 100% scam. They left me a voicemail stating there was a problem with my ****** business account. I dont own a business.Since I actively call scammers back to waste their time so they do not ******* unsuspecting victims, I discovered quite a few things.The same people pretend to be other people, use different voices, transfer you to their other building. I probably called in on 8 different numbers over the course of a week just researching them.One of their advisors lost his marbles with me and starting saying Im a fu***** idiot. If this was indeed a legitimate business, they would not speak to people in such a manner. What they also do is block a specific number once they realize its someone pushing back. Then when you dial in, you get a your call cannot be completed. But, if you cal back from another number, it goes through just fine. Again, legitimate businesses do not do this. They do not cuss people out and then block their number, as they did.As Ive read from all these review, people have almost the same story. I feel so bad for the people who have lost thousands of dollars due to fraud. Karma will come around and I hope its something fierce.BBB - please step in and reprimand Straight Marketing for being a straight-up scam.

This review is extremely false and this person is nowhere in our system. No scam would be in business for over a decade. We would appreciate if the BBB begins to screen these reviews and the accuracy, as this specific review is from a scam user themselves using false names and emails to tarnish businesses.
