    Worked with Caressa at Timeshare Legal to cancel a timeshare that would not work with me. I lost my husband within months of purchasing this timeshare and of course it cut my income by quite a bit so could not afford it. Had never used it and found that they had basicaly lied to us about what we were puchasing so I contacted Timeshare Legal. They were able to get this cancelled and saved me thousands of dollars from what the timeshare had offerd me to cancel.

    This was a very easy process once I got started . I didn't worry about this they care of all the work. Although it took a bit longer then I thought everything was taken care of now. They were able to get me out of my time share in a timely matter. Thank you for all your help.

    I worked with ***** ****** and the level of customer service and follow-up that I received was excellent from beginning to end. I don't think that I would have been able to navigate through this without the assistance of Timeshare Legal as the resort kept calling us demanding payment and responding to my repeated requests for cancellation, stating that my claims were invalid and had no basis right up to the very end. In fact, the last demand for payment came on the same day as the Trustee Certificate of Sale! It was all pretty confusing but thanks to Timeshare Legal, I had plenty of guidance and reassurance of what to do and next steps. I followed their advice and did the steps in order and today we are timeshare free! We are very pleased!! I would definitely recommend the services of Timeshare Legal.

    We made the mistake of buying a timeshare and immediately regretted it! We went through Timeshare Legal to help us get rid of it and we couldn't be happier! We were hesitant at first because it's so difficult to trust so many companies that are out there. They provided great customer service and kept us updated constantly. They were knowledgable, patient, and always made sure to answer the many questions that I had. I would say that the process did take a while but I will be fully transparent in also saying that it was because the timeshare I was trying to get rid of was making it very difficult. Suley from Timeshare Legal was persistent and we are finally free from this burden! Thank you again for all your help!
