  If your thinking about using timeshare legal dont!!! There a scam company they promised me that if a pay there fee upfront little over $4000 they would cancel my timeshare after 3years on April 18 there contract will end and they havent even tried to cancel the timeshare. After almost 21/2 years sending them emails and statements and doing exactly what they asked timeshare legal tried to send me to another company timeshare curs and asking for more money and time to cancel, I didnt agree. So now its time to pay back they have Blocked my phone numbers and giving me the runaround. So please stay far away from them as possible. If you also notice if any one gives a negative review they say you have the wrong company. Also funny how they dont give you a phone number to call on their response.

  I have read some of the other testimonials here and I think that most likely they are from other timeshare exit companies because I did not encounter any problems like they did. My experience was great and they saved me over $30,000. We were skeptical about this process, however we made the decision to spend the money and get out of our Hilton Timeshare. The process took about 18 months like the stated in the beginning, but by the end of the 18 months we had received notice that our timeshare was gone. This was a great relief to us. We now know that the timeshare industry is filled with a lot of fast talkers that prey on people who like to enjoy their leisure time. They get you in a room and paint all these grand and glorious scenarios and overwhelm you to the point that you cant pass on their offer. They fail to tell you that this is a lifelong commitment for you and your family. My wife and I did fall for all this and before we knew it we were $50,000 in debt. After looking at several ways to help us exit this scam that we had gotten ourselves into, we talked to Timeshare Legal, LLC and decided to have them help us. They came through for us and although we had to pay them to relieve us of the financial burden we were under with Hilton Timeshares. Thank you Timeshare Legal for doing this for us.

  If foreclosure is your goal, which actually is a resolution that removes the debt for you, you can do that on your own without paying this company to do anything for you. Also be cautious because apparently representing you means impersonating you as they will communicate with the timeshare company while claiming to be you. Absolutely not what I was expecting or signed up for.The legal in the name is nothing but a name. They will remind you that they are not attorneys.The account changes hands constantly. You will need to keep recording who is now responsible for your account. The credit bureau they say will have you covered is as hard to get in touch with as the Timeshare Legal team.Talk about throwing good money after bad. Save yourself even more money and stay away from these people. Hire a real lawyer and see what they can do for you, without a huge payment up front. I feel as victimized by this group as I was in the initial transaction with the Timeshare company.In the end I had to work with debt collecting law firm and the timeshare company myself. I didnt end up saving myself anything in the long run, actually spent more, but my nightmare is finally over.Also be warned, they pay for good reviews here. So that might explain some of what you see.

  So, yes, they were able to get me out of my timeshare, but overall it was a very frustrating process to deal with them. Their communication skills are lacking. I originally had *******, who would not respond to all my questions asked in an email, if she responded at all, and majority of the time her responses weren't even related to what I asked. I emailed a supervisor, after being ignored for over a month, with multiple emails and phone calls to *******, who gave me an excuse when she finally responded, saying she was new and still learning, despite her supervisor saying she was one of the best employees. I was then transferred to ***** and the same day got an email from another rep saying I was now her client, which was confusing. **** started off great, but soon started to lack communication, and I felt I had to chase after her to get responses. I've never dealt with an ************ before, maybe that's just how it is, but I felt that I could've had better attention from them. Also, I paid you over $5k to do this, why am I all of the sudden having to pay for my own stamps and certified envelopes, when the first ones were mailed to me by your company? Originally I was told typical timeframe was 6-8 months, but they've seen quicker lately. I believe that was ************ spoke to on the phone who told me that. It took just over a year. I signed up mid January of 2022, and it was finally closed Feb of 2023. I'm still waiting for my credit to be fully back, but it almost there. US ************* that they work with is also lackluster in their communication skills, and I had to find a second rep on my own, as ******* stopped responding to me, I'm not working with ***, but I feel I've had to chase him a few times too for getting my challenges sent. Overall, I'm happy it's over, I just feel communication could be a lot better.

  My husband and I signed up with Timeshare Legal LLC early March 2023. I provided the documents they requested but have not been able to contact anyone since. I have called (left messages with their answering service) and have emailed numerous times within the last 2 weeks and I do not get a response. The answering service states that someone will contact me within 48 hours yet... still no response. I feel this company is a scam and worse than the actual timeshare company!

  Very pleased dealing with ************************* at Time Share Legal. He was very accessible & walked us through the entire process. It took longer than anticipated, but we were finally able to get rid of our timeshare.

  We signed up with TimeShare Legal on Jan 20, 2023. We were told they we were putting good money after bad, so they recommended we stop paying on our timeshare with ******* were asked to send a copy of our contracts and they would get back to us. Less than 2 weeks we have sent several emails to ****** E*** and from 3 different email addresses and they all returned with the same message, BLOCKED, (not undeliverable). There were 3 different staff that we made contact with. ********************** wrote up the contract and had us text him a copy of our driver's license to his telephone number and now that number is no longer working either. There are 3 different numbers, 2 numbers are no longer working, and the 3rd you can only leave a voicemail, but no one ever calls you back. We believe this agency is a total scam, we have been ghosted within 2 weeks of signing the contract. We are looking into a lawyer and avenues to investigate this highly skilled and professional appearing scam artist/team. We are very upset with the BBB A+ rating, as this is what we based our decision on. We also contacted the **********************************, who was supposed to finance several thousands of dollars, and 3 different staff reported that yes Timeshare Legal was a reputable company that they have been working with for years. Perhaps they are also a part of this horrific scam.

  We signed on timeshare legal in distress with entering a contract that was very unfavorable to us. The resort had outrageous maintenance fees. Timeshare Legal was able to get ** out of the contract. ************** communicated with us as we exit the contract. The experience was smooth and we recommend.
