1 starI ordered a very expensive vacuum from Beach and they sent me a totally different very cheap model and then have chosen not to do the right thing and replace the order with the correct model. These people are unethical and customer service is unwilling to stand behind their orders.

1 starBeware if you change your mind.
I purchased a TV from ***********. I canceled my purchase within 20 minutes and it was already too late, (I realized it was a 2-year-old version) they said it had been sent to shipping. I then was emailed and notified of a tracking number (that never worked). I then, after being told it was too late, was then sent an email that the tv, was indeed canceled. congratulations! I then checked the item on my ******* account and I was refunded all but $337.16. I asked about it and was informed that it was for a return and restocking fee. I never got the TV, I never got the tracking number to work, yet i was charged almost 400$. Don't risk it. Just double-check check you are really ordering with Walmart. Be careful. They were very polite on their emails but I didn't enjoy working with this company. I felt my situation was an exception to their policy.Beach Trading Co. Inc.

1 starHorrible company to buy from. They shipped my camera through a 3rdparty that didn't cost them anything but charged me over $30 to ship. However, after 7 weeks still didn't get the camera. I
then learned the shipmate company doesn't ship out until they get enough packages to that area before they ship out. Also learned through my conact in **** that there is a 98% chance I will never get the camera. they refuse to refund my purchase until i get the camera. So I had to go to other means to get my refund. I would NEVER reccomend doing business with them. The emails back and forth were the same verbage everytime they never bothered to address my frustration. Horrible to deal with!Beach Trading Co. Inc.

1 starMy camera was stolen and instead of offering to resend or refund me they said they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t change their minds. I later saw other reviews are up of them scamming people out of their hard earned money after my purchase.Beach Trading Co. Inc.

5 starsI ordered a nice 65 inch TV from the company through Amazon, however there seems to be an issue concerning the delivery. That being said, I am extremely satisfied with the help I received in an effort to try to fix the issue, especially from *****. She tried to intervene on my behalf to iron out the delivery problems.
