      Order number is #***-3755343-9631467 Purchase date March 12, 2023 The day I received the Mackie Thump15A I called Amazon and told them I wanted to return the speaker because the wrong one was sent. Did the return process and I went online to print the pre paid shipping label to send back to the third party seller which is Beach Trading company. When I tried to print the label it was not a pre paid shipping, it was just a label with their address so I called Amazon and they told me that Beach trading is responsible for my return and that they will message them on my behalf to get this return handled. For months going back and forth finally someone at Beach Trading contacted me and said if they give me a discount on the Machine Thump15a will I keep it, I said sure so we can get this transaction over with.. They refunded me a discount on the product, so that day I tried to use the Mackie Thump15A and its defective. I messaged Beach Trading to let them know and they want to tell me that they cant do anything and that I would have to call the manufactured company and get it warrantied. At this point I just clearly wanted a refund because I feel like I got ripped off. I contacted Amazon again to see how I can get this resolved and Amazon told me to just pay for the return shipping and get it to Beach Trading so they can go through with my return. I paid $150 for the shipping and I waited a few weeks for Beach Trading to reply back with confirmation on receiving the shipment. Beach Trading finally confirms that they received it and approves the refund, I waited again for another week to see if my refund was issued and it never did. I called Amazon again to see what was going on and they told me that Beach Trading canceled my refund. Again for weeks going back n forth with Beach Trading we weren't getting anything resolved so they said they would send the item back. I paid for the product and shipped it back. Now I got either one.

      Even though it was ws returned 6 months after ordered we love our customers and do everything possible to make our dear customers happy. 

      we went ahead and refunded the order in full.

      Hi, I placed an online order with Beach Camera. Once this transaction went through on November 8, 2023, I have had no communication of confirmation, order number, or shipping detail. When I created the order I logged into Beach Camera as a guest through my account ,ending #****, Synchrony Home partner/store website. Once the transaction was approved/amount against my card account, the screen closed, I did not get a chance to to print or screenshot the information. I do remember items and approximate amounts. Beach Camera customer support, Ma Luisa A*****, has been very helpful and responsive in reference to attempting resolution. In an email, dated November 18, 2023, 7:36 AM, it is stated that the funds are usually reversed 7-10 business days. To date, November 28, 2023, this Synchrony Home charge/Beach Camera, Edison NJ transaction is still shown on my account as Pending. To date this transaction has been pending at least for twelve(12) business days. A Synchrony account card representative communicated to me that since the transaction has not posted/still pending, someone from Beach Camera would need to call Synchrony/Merchant Services department to cancel the pending transaction. It must be someone directly from Beach Camera to contact Merchant Services. The amount is showing as a diminishing amount against my Synchrony HOME account. The transaction seems to be stuck in their computer system. Such a precise amount should be easy to trace. I don't want to end up paying for items I will not receive. I appreciate your assistance with this issue. Thank you, ******* *****

      The best thing that can be done here since there is no order in the system is to contact the bank. 

      if you have an order or email or phone number used perhaps i can try to look up the order that way. 

      In the meantime i would contact the bank again.

      Purchased a $2000 Nikon lens and a $5000 Nikon camera body in May that was advertised as in stock. Was billed immediately. Received the lens in a couple days, but no camera body. After a week, called the company and was told soon but its coming directly from Nikon. Called after several more days and was then told it was back ordered with no date given and likely many months away. Cancelled camera body order and received that $5000 refund and asked to return lens. After two weeks, I called to inquire about my $2000 lens refund. Was told that it somehow didnt match the one they supposedly scanned and sent me. Impossible, as I didnt even have my entire order yet. The only reason I didnt refuse delivery or send it back immediately was because they werent honest about the camera body status. I have no use for a lens without the camera to attach it to. *** asked for them to send me a copy of my receipt(which they needed back!) so I can see the number of the item they supposedly scanned. They (I) need call ***** and find out what that scanned number actually goes to. *** asked for them to contact ***** and get a list of the serial numbers of the lenses they have ordered from them. *** asked for them to look up what other customers have ordered this lens. All things that should be done. So now I have no lens, no receipt, no info and am out $2000 that they are refusing to refund. Quite a scam. Advertise as in stock when it isnt just to get the sale. Then send half an order that is useless without the other half. And attach the wrong number to the receipt and then blame the customer when they receive said wrong item???

      Ordered a ******* 60 inch tv from ******** Beach Camera is where it was supposed to come from. It was ordered on 1/30/23, shipped fed ex. There were two packages assigned the same tracking number. One of the packages was delivered to ****** on 2/7/23. Emails back and forth with Beach Camera, the latest ones were today. One said that the package was being returned to Beach Camera. When I followed up too get a time frame, I am now being told to ask my neighbors if they have my package as it was delivered today. I keep trying to tell them that was not my package, it went to someone in ******. All I am trying to do is cancel this order and get a refund for my purchase. I paid $950 for this product and I want my money back.

      I purchased luggage for ****** on 7/27/22 after 9pm, the shipping time I was given was between 3-4 days. While out on a he afternoon of 7/28/22 I received a notification that the package was delivered. To who? Hours after purchase? Impossible! At least, for the amount spent, get a signature so at least I can see if a neighbor received the package. And nothing! The company does not even assume responsibility for giving me the wrong shipping time and refuse to replace or refund. If they were going to deliver in 16 hours they shouldve have made sure to inform me and get the package signed for.

      Sold me a defective TV a ******* NEO QLED 65 inch tv that out of the box did not function properly it turned on for 10 minutes made a clicking noise and will not turn back on. I went ahead and attempted a return which they said cannot happen without original factory packaging otherwise there will be up to a 20 percent fee for restocking which the tv is not restock able it has a hardware issue that is a defect the tv does not function. they refuse to accomadate my requests for new packaging through amazon and im sure that im not the first person this has happened to. They sell you a tv that doesnt work, and expect you to pay for all of the problems even though I had a warranty on the device.

      In some cases without the manufacture box it would be hard for us to take a return most sellers online will not take a return.

      We in any case go out of our way to make customers happy.

      Beach Camera same-day shipping sold me a broken air conditioner. I had to hire a contractor from Angie's **** to place it over six foot in a air conditioning sleeve, that cost was $214. Upon installing the air conditioning it didn't work. The plug also is 6 ft off the ground. The technician tested my outlet everything is working fine, the technician noticed that the one prong on the plug with pushed in the head of the plug. Also the *** on the plug was not in operation order. The plug is broken. I offered the seller to send a new plug but he would have to pay for an electrician to swap out the plugs. His response to me was send a photo, which I did more than five times. I then called Amazon to look into the situation because he wasn't responding normally to me. Amazon told me that they see all my request and they see all the photos, Amazon told me they will take it from here and write them for all my request of returning the air-conditioning and reimbursement for the installation of the broken air conditioner. After a few weeks I finally got a return label from the company to use ***** to return the air conditioner. It's going to cost an additional $214 to remove the air conditioner, I feel that the company should reimburse me the $214 so I can pay to have it removed.You can contact Amazon and read all the back and forth emails. I now have a ***** label to return a broken ac but I am disabled and the air conditioner is 144 lb and 6 ft off the ground I cannot do it. Someone has to be hired oh, I used Angie's **** I have a receipt. Amazon has everything

      I originally ordered a **** Play station 5 back pack from Amazon. Through a company called Beach Camera Same Day Shipping also known as Beach Trading Company Inc.They sent me and X Box bag so I submitted for a return around December 27th. I got the prepayed return shipping label from Amazon and sent the package back.Once the package was in transit back to Beach Camera they cancelled my order.Then it was multiple emails and and sending the tracking numbers for them to finally say well we cancelled your order and replacement due to non payment. This is after they received the original bag they sent me back. So I requested a refund.They refund would have to go to a manager for approval. This is now around January 14th.I get a response refund is approved please wait 3 to 5 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.That time frame has passed then I get told wait 5 to 7 business days. Time has once again passed I contact them today they say wait the required 7 to ****************************** your bank account.I respond to there email right away and the response given is we processed your refund on January 17th and it was sent to your bank that day. There is nothing more we can do for you.My Bank is USAA they have no records of any type of refunds or pending refunds or cancelled refunds ************ if you look at the **** Playstation 5 Bag on Amazon has sent the wrong bags out to multiple people around christmas. Amazon wont help because its a filled order from another company that sells on there website. ************ and scamming and stealing money from people at $75 per bag it adds up and who knows what other products they are selling and scamming people with

      I am rejecting this response because: this is the typical response that I get from the company. They play stupid and pretend they do not know what is going on or they don't understand. They received my return . They then canceled an exchange and tried saying package was not returned. When I proved there was a returned package by a tracking number. They said it has to go to a manager for refund approval.. it went from 3 to 5 days to 5 to 7 days then 7vto 10 days to wait on my refund. Still no refund and I only get responses of please wait the correct amount of days. Still nothing and since the package for the playstation 5 bag was sent back on the 27th of Dec I have more then waited there 10 business days. Then they blame it on my bank and my bank has received nothing from them company or Amazon. The company initiates a refund then cancels it.

      Order number 111-5007028-9833868 .I specifically ordered an Ion total ultra speaker through Amazon. Beach camera showed the item to be available.My order was accepted and payment taken.I was sent a total premier, which I did not want. I contacted customer service through Amazon and was sent a receipt which clearly shows I ordered an Ultra.When I pointed this out I discovered that even though my order was accepted the ultra was not in stock.I was further asked if I would like to keep a product that I had not ordered for a discount.I do not feel it is good business practice to send a different product without consulting the customer.Customer service have told me that the payment-which should never have been taken will not be refunded until I return the product I did no order.I am still waiting for a callback from a customer service supervisor. I will not hold my breath.I have also reached out to Amazon who are not happy with the situation and will be contacting the merchant. I feel that the company needs to ensure that they do not take orders they cannot fulfill.Incidentally the company is still advertising thirteen available Ultra speakers on Amazon. I wonder if they will accept more orders.

      I purchased a camera/lens bundle from Beach Camera. The whole purchase was over $4000. The camera is a Nikon D850 and the lens offered with the package is a Nikon 24-120 mm lens that costs over $1000. The package was delivered on May 14. I noticed that the lens was missing from the package and contacted the company. They said that the lens was on back order, but they cannot tell me when they will get the item back in stock. Meanwhile I paid for both the camera and the lens and do not have the lens. A reputable company would disclose upfront that some items are on back order or even better they would show "out of stock" so people don't make purchases thinking they're getting stuff that will be delivered. If you check their reviews you will see I'm not the only person who is having issues with this company. They are very sketchy to put it mildly. I want them to either ship me the lens or refund the $1000 for the lens cost.
