Order number 111-5007028-9833868 .I specifically ordered an Ion total ultra speaker through Amazon. Beach camera showed the item to be available.My order was accepted and payment taken.I was sent a total premier, which I did not want. I contacted customer service through Amazon and was sent a receipt which clearly shows I ordered an Ultra.When I pointed this out I discovered that even though my order was accepted the ultra was not in stock.I was further asked if I would like to keep a product that I had not ordered for a discount.I do not feel it is good business practice to send a different product without consulting the customer.Customer service have told me that the payment-which should never have been taken will not be refunded until I return the product I did no order.I am still waiting for a callback from a customer service supervisor. I will not hold my breath.I have also reached out to Amazon who are not happy with the situation and will be contacting the merchant. I feel that the company needs to ensure that they do not take orders they cannot fulfill.Incidentally the company is still advertising thirteen available Ultra speakers on Amazon. I wonder if they will accept more orders.Business response

I purchased a camera/lens bundle from Beach Camera. The whole purchase was over $4000. The camera is a Nikon D850 and the lens offered with the package is a Nikon 24-120 mm lens that costs over $1000. The package was delivered on May 14. I noticed that the lens was missing from the package and contacted the company. They said that the lens was on back order, but they cannot tell me when they will get the item back in stock. Meanwhile I paid for both the camera and the lens and do not have the lens. A reputable company would disclose upfront that some items are on back order or even better they would show "out of stock" so people don't make purchases thinking they're getting stuff that will be delivered. If you check their reviews you will see I'm not the only person who is having issues with this company. They are very sketchy to put it mildly. I want them to either ship me the lens or refund the $1000 for the lens cost.Business response

On 3/13/21 I ordered an LG OLED tv from Beach Camera through ******** ***********. The title of the listing is "LG OLED77CXPUA 77 inch CX 4K Smart OLED TV with AI ThinQ 2020 Bundle with 1 Year Extended Protection Plan." The tv was supposed to come with a 1 year extended protection plan. There was nothing included with the tv regarding the extended protection plan when it was delivered. On 3/23/21 I spoke on the phone to a manager named Charles Seruya regarding the extended protection plan and a negative review I left on their ****** Marketplace seller profile. He offered me a $50 ****** gift card for the inconvenience, asked if I could remove the negative review, and said I would receive the gift card and extended warranty information by email. It's now almost two months later and I still haven't received the 1 year extended protection plan information. I now feel conned into removing the negative review, and scammed out of the 1 year extended protection plan. Asking for partial refundBusiness response
