      I bought some fragrances from this fraudulent company, one of them was defective and I sent it back to the company for a replacement. This process took about 2-3 mm months just to get a return label, after they received the item, they didn't process the replacement. I had to call back multiple times and nothing gets done. I finally spoke to someone on 4/30 who claimed that the item is out of stock and I requested a replacement to the item with other items that costed less than the original fragrance ($27.90). He stated that he took the replacement details and that he'll raise a ticket so I should get a confirmation in about 24hrs. I call back the next day and after talking to two people they put me on hold and processed a refund to a gift card that I no longer have. I EMPHASIZED on every call that I need a replacement because they can't refund the original payment method!

      I placed an order with Gift Express on March 28,2025. The tracking number provided says "Pre-Shipment Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" which means that USPS has not received the item to ship, so they have not shipped it. I have called the number in the emails and on their website eight times, which is 844-800-6161, which turns out to be a non-working number. I have emailed them numerous times and they have not responded to any emails either. I would just like the product sent to me as ordered, but by now, with their non-working phone number and not answering my emails, I am thinking they are a scam. Please help me resolve this. I have attached copies of two of the emails from them and to them from me. Thank you.       -Placed an order with GiftExpress on 12/10/24. -Order -- #****** -- was for a Tommy Hilfiger 2 pc Gift Set, which included (per the photo and written description) a 3.4 oz. bottle of Tommy eau de toilette and a 3.4 oz. tube of Tommy after shave balm. -Received my shipment from GiftExpress on 12/19/24. Noticed right away that the set included the eau de toilette (as advertised), but it also included a 3.4 oz. tube of Tommy body wash -- and not the 3.4 oz. tube of the after shave balm. -Contacted GiftExpress on 12/20/24 and explained the situation, asked about returning the boxed set (or at least the body wash), & asked them how I should proceed from that point. -When I had not received a response, I again reached out to GiftExpress on 12/26/24 to ask about how I might go about working to rectify this matter. On January 8, 2025, I spoke with a customer service rep from GiftExpress and agreed to return the incorrect set. I was told I would then be sent the replacement set (that included the after shave balm) in exchange. -On January 10, 2025, I returned the incorrect boxed set to GiftExpress -- see attached photos showing proof of the return transaction. -On January 20, 2025, I received an email from GiftExpress, which read that it was a credit memo (#******) for my order. This credit memo was in the amount of $43.90. -To date, at no time have I seen any kind of credit from GiftExpress on my ********** statements or ******* *** (********** provider) account. -I have asked about this matter on at least occasions, and each time I have been responded to via email simply with the words "refund issued." -Again, I have checked into this "refund" several times, to no avail. -I have also proposed an alternate solution -- that they do NOT credit my account, but instead they resend me the incorrect set, and I will deal with the body wash accordingly ... and find the after shave balm on my own. Which I have done. -I have rec'd no response to this idea. -Reporting to BBB.

      I ordered Perfume from this company on 11/2524 and when I received the perfume it smelled like alcohol. No perfume smell at all. I reached out to the company and they told me I can return it and receive a full refund or a replacement. I did what they told me and sent the item back. Now they are saying I can not receive a refund or replacement. I don't understand why I can not receive either when I was told that in an email.

      I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY SHIPMENT SINCE 09/03/2024. I TALKED TO USPS AND THEY SAY THAT THE ORDER WAS LOST. I TALKED TO THE STORE BECAUSE THEY HAVE INSURANCE. I HAVE TALKED TO THEM ALL THESE DAYS AND EVERY TIME I TALK TO THEM THEY TELL ME THAT IN 24 TO 48 HOURS THEY WILL GIVE ME A RESPONSE.       I ordered the ***** ****** . When I receive it it was not the bottle that I ordered. It was leaking and when I tried to open it the blue paint from the box stuck to the outer plastic cover. When I sprayed it the smell was not remotely close to being ****** It stunk very bad. The staff has refused to give my money back and gas lied to me many times. These People need to be put out if business before they defraud any more customers. They are thugs , swindlers,liars , cheats and theives

      Date of Order: Nov 23rd 2023 Amount of money paid for the Order: 261.20 Ordered Multiple products in this order, however one of the products delivered incorrect. (See details attached in the word document) Gift Express acknowledged that the image listed on the website was incorrect and now fixed. Sent me return label to process return. Items sent back to Gift Express but no one is responding to the emails and or providing me back with the refund amount.

      On February 9, 2024, I ordered from GiftExpress.com a 4.2 oz Layton Exclusif perfume by Parfums de Marly. The order number is ****** and total paid was $188.95. A couple days after I received the order in the mail but they sent an incorrect item. What I received was a 2.5 oz women’s perfume called Delina Exclusif. So they got the item, gender, and size all wrong. I contacted them and they told me to email them a picture of the wrong item and they’ll email me a return shipping label. Days go by with no word from them. When I finally got hold of someone they tried to persuade me to keep the perfume, I said no and they finally sent me a return label. I promptly shipped the item back and to this day I have not seen a single dime back. According to USPS tracking they’ve already received the item. *************************1*********5 I don’t know why it’s taking so long and Multiple attempts to contact them have been multiple attempts to contact them haven’t been answered.

      Hi BBB staff, I ordered a set of fragances that totaled $60 in August of 2022. I have correspondence dating back last year where I reached out to this company over 10 different instances and it was basically a cat and mouse chase where the only thing that achieved was me wasting time. I have continued emailing them and have had no success. I just want a refund for this order as I no longer want it due to its tardiness.
