      Hi BBB staff, I ordered a set of fragances that totaled $60 in August of 2022. I have correspondence dating back last year where I reached out to this company over 10 different instances and it was basically a cat and mouse chase where the only thing that achieved was me wasting time. I have continued emailing them and have had no success. I just want a refund for this order as I no longer want it due to its tardiness. I understand that it has been more than a year but I have been in constant communication with GiftExpress and they simply respond and then ghost me. I

      My order number is #****** I ordered a 4,2 Oz tester bottle of PDM ****** on !2/04/23. I received an email the next day with a tracking number attached. The shipment has been stuck on Pre shipment for a week. I called **** and they said that they still have not received the package from Gift Express. I then called Gift express directly two separate times and they didnt even ask for an order number, they just said it would be 3-5 business days for it to be delivered. i dont want an update. I just want a refund before i submit a claim to my bank.

      I bought a perfume from this business in September twenty something through ******* and they send me a rip-off. Non an original. Not odor at all. I sent couple of messages and they never answer. My bank offers me to do a charge back if they don't compensate me in 5 business days, either the money or an original perfume but anyway is not fair. If it happens to you, call your bank for a charge back.

      I bought a bottle of perfume and placed an order on Nov 2nd. The next day on Nov 3rd I've received an email from GiftExpress Team saying my order is on hold due to security reasons. And I need to send them either a picture of ID proof or the last 4 digits of my debit card as well as the front side of my card that has my name on it so they can process my order after this verification step. Then I replied them back on email with the last 4 digits of my debit card. I l've waited the whole day to hear back from them but nothing happened. So I called the customer service (the number they gave me in the email) the first time as soon as they picked up my call the AI or bot said "good bye" then hung up right away. I was so shocked and thought I was scammed. I tried calling the 2 nd time before they close and some dude picked up the call and he sounded confused after I told him why I was calling because he gave me no respond and just being quiet. My first concern is am I being scammed ? Never had experience buying stuff online and being asked for ID proof. The 2nd concern is the people on the phone sound suspicious I can't tell if it's a real company.

I emailed the company and they sent me the tracking number ******************* UPS states Label was created. 1/20/23 I emailed the company and they stated I will get two days. I can contacted UPS and they stated , they don't have the package. I email the company again. 1/21/23, they stating it was shipped on 1/19.       I am having a real tough time to get information about my order ******* They have sent me a confirmation from UPS that they have created a shipping label but have failed to either take my shipment to the UPS OFFICE or they have failed to contact UPS to find out what has happened to my shipment. Thoroughly disappointed. I ordered on 5/26 and it is already June 3. I have been emailing gift express about twenty times and only received two responses telling me that I. We’d to wait 24-48 hours. The two times I phone their “office” and gentleman answered the phone, which sounded like he was in a kitchen with kids running around. He tried to tell me they weren’t able to confirm that my billing address and shipment address to be the same. I explain yes but that didn’t yield any change with shipping my package. When I asked repeatedly about when I would be receiving my package he kept saying 5-8 business days. I am not confident in this company and am utterly disappointed. You’ll notice when I took pictures of the original confirmation page they had this stupid offer that could not be removed without erasing or refreshing the page thereby losing the information. How dumb is that?

      it looks like the business has canceled the shipment. I am waiting for gift express to credit **** ** ******* credit card. **** ** ******* has already created a charge back to them. They are awaiting their money now.

      I placed my order on 4/25/23, my order number was ****** I ordered two sets of their: GXP-**** Versace ********************* 2 Piece Gift Set The description is "Set includes:- ************** Spray 3.0 oz, Body Lotion 3.4 oz."However, The perfume I actually received in the sets were only 1.7 oz. each. (the lotion was correct size 3.4oz)They cheated me out of a total of 2.6 oz of perfume.Then I see the return policy "We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise that has been opened. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order."Which contradicts their "About Gift Express" section which states "If you are unhappy with an order for any reason, simply send it back for a full refund." I did not realize they lied about the perfume bottle size until I opened the gift set. So returning it for a loss does not justify the savings. I feel as the company is committing fraud by both sending less product than advertised and also because they say return for ANY reason, for FULL refund. I did email the company and they did not respond.

      Although I see that you have already updated your site to reflect 1.7 oz is the size, You still are showing 3.0oz as well- see below!

      Also, 20% of what I paid is a nice gesture but that does not equal 2.6 oz of perfume which is what you owe me. You lied by saying 3 oz and sending 1.7oz  and I bought 2 sets.  I would like you to fulfill your obligation and send the missing perfume.  I realize that there is not a bottle sized 2.6 oz but in your mistakes you can certainly over compensate by sending a 3.0 oz bottle.
