Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, gift certificates, 10-packs, hotel stays, online products, or for securing reservations. SoJo Spa Club gift cards do not expire. E-gift cards become active within 24 hours. Do not attempt to redeem any time prior. 10-pack admission passes and gift certificates expire on the date indicated on the pass or certificate. No extensions, refunds, or exchanges will be issued on any gift cards, gift certificates, or admission passes. SoJo Spa Club will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or altered gift cards, gift certificates, or admission passes. Gift cards and admission passes are nontransferable. By purchasing these gift cards, gift certificates, or admission passes you are agreeing to follow SoJo Spa Club policies, stated on our website (sojospaclub.com). SoJo Spa Club reserves the right to void any gift cards or admission passes suspect of reselling or any other kind fraudulent activity and deny the purchaser the right to any products online. Suspicious transactions will be refunded back onto the card, and orders put back into inventory. SoJo Spa Club reserves the right to deny the purchase of any order and/or require additional information before releasing any orders. Prices of services are subject to change and without advance notice. Customers will be able to use purchased gift cards, and will be responsible for the difference in price. SoJo Spa Club reserves the right to permanently deny entry to anyone in possession of any SoJo Spa Club gift card, gift certificate, 10-pack or any other kind of voucher originating from a suspicious or fraudulent transaction.

Hotel: Cancellation of reservation must occur at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid being charged a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Reservations confirmed on non-refundable reservations are charged the entire stay at the time of booking. Cancellations of non-refundable reservations are charged the entire stay at the time of cancellation. Cancellations of non-refundable rate reservations do not result in credit. Valid credit card required at check-in for incidentals. No outside food or beverage allowed inside the guest rooms other than during the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM. Terms and conditions apply.

Spa: A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, less than 24 hours cancellations incur a 50% charge and same day reschedules will occur a separate fee.Late arrivals will shorten your treatment time.
