    Purchased a 2017 F-pace bbNovember 21st of 2020 with approximately ****** miles for $32,000. Purchased the extended warranty and within the first year the car had to go to service multiple times because of issues with the coolant. This coolant issue caused the car to overheat multiple times because Jaguar of Monmouth did not fix the issue the fist several attempts. This coolant issue took several months to finally fix. We have all records regarding this issue. July 2023 the car has ******* miles on it which makes it ****** miles over warranty. July 2023 the check engine light turned on so we made an appointment with Jaguar of Monmouth. On our way to the appointment the car broke down and had to be towed. Diagnostic test determined the car totaled. The camshaft had broken off and severely damaged the engine. We were told this was no fault of our own and we could be offered $2,000 for the car. We owe approximately $17,000 on the car and have not had it for a full 3 years. We contacted our insurance company (progressive) they did a diagnostic test as well and will not cover the cost of repair because it is mechanical. Progressive advised us to submit a complaint with BBB and were told Jaguar should be held responsible. We have not had a car since July 2023 and a large loan with zero solutions available.

    I made an offer on a vehicle and was told there was a $2,000 upcharge for Penske coverage. A price not listed ANYWHERE on their site or in the description of the car. They agreed to not charge me but said because they were offering me this "discounted" price they could only hold if for 48 hours, not the 5 days it was going to take me get there, which is actually understandable. We agreed on terms Monday which was MLK Day (a bank holiday), I was to wire the funds to them on Wednesday and they sold the car from me on Tuesday. The "hidden fee" was borderline fraud because it was not even listed in the fine print, and the dealership itself could not point me to where this charge was listed anywhere on their site.They technically broke our contract because we had agreed on price and payment and they sold the vehicle before the grace ****** on the contract expired.

    Hello, I spoke with the client and explained to her that this vehicle had 2 deposits prior to her interest. There is no mandatory fee that is required to purchase any vehicle from my store. At JLR Monmouth There is an option to purchase Int. and Ext. Diamond ceramic protection that is applied to every in-stock vehicle we own at the time of the initial detail. I am looking for other alternate vehicles for to purchase and will offer goodwill support to make her happy in purchasing from us.
