- Refund and Exchange Policy
- An undelivered order may be cancelled within three days from the date of sale with a full refund. Customers may also cancel their sale, with a full refund if the business is unable to deliver by the promised delivery date. A 25% restocking fee will be collected on all sales cancelled after the three day cancellation period. No cash refunds are given, checks are issued by the corporate office within fourteen days. Refunds on credit cards and financing are credited to the card used as payment. Clerical errors are subject to correction. There will be a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks. All credits and deposits are valid for one year.
