      I accidentally hit order button and immediately sent an email and called (after hours ) they responded next day at noon saying it was too late and if I read return policy I would be very well informed. They didnt ship order and would not cancel! Very rude and I have to return it for *****

      Purchased a beautiful 7 ft Tree in Nov 2022. Fast forward to Nov 2023, the bottom part of the tree did not light. Called multiple times; finally got someone to help and not just blow me off, taking my info with no one ever calling back. Told me to follow up in mid January. Out of 8 + calls, I was lucky to get ONE person that was helpful. One person that sent me a set of lights to use so I would have a tree up for the holiday. Clearly, no one is watching the back office service or reading your reviews. If I read any, I would not have purchased this brand. Finally got a response with a prepaid label to return bottom part of the tree via FED EX. I have no box, I'm 75 yrs old and now I have to manage to get this heavy tree bottom to FED EX, buy a box and ************** back. Not sure how this is considered a good return policy. Being in sales for over 30yrs, you can be assured I will be factual with my review of your company and your service.

      Would never buy from them again. The tree that was pictured before I purchased was much different than the one that arrived. They kept telling me to fluff the tree. I did several times. Dont buy from them.

      Customer ********************** is terrible as is their return policy. I ordered 2 different styles of ******** One of which I bought 2 *******s. This ******* dropped so much glitter in my house that it was making a mess and I decided to return it. The cost for these 2 *******s, which were delivered in 2 separate boxes was about $80 total. In order to return any product other than a Christmas tree, the company charges a $25 fee per box! I chose to box the products together to at least get some of my purchase price returned to me. I politely complained to the service rep processing my return over the phone that this fee was much higher than typical of a very lightweight product. She was rude and argumentative in a shocking way, to the point that I said I did not wish to argue with her. Note: The other ******* that I kept seemed to be of very good quality but I will never do business with them again. Perhaps going through another vendor might be better, but in my opinion they do not deserve the patronage in any way.

      Do not buy anything from these people and i wish I could put a star below zero . What happened to me is exactly what happened to the people who wrote on here too . i was told last week I would get a label to return a Christmas tree but when I called today the person said no we charge $75 for return and its on our website . My husband recorded the conversation last week and the guy clearly never said he would charge me $75 . I would like the BBB to call me so we can send them the recording . Thank you

      Horrible just horrible. Do not buy anything from this company. they do not stand behind their products and customer ********************** hung up on me for requesting information that they should have.

      If I could give this company zero stars I would. Please dont purchase anything from them. Horrible customer **********************. I purchased Christmas tree and after 5 min of putting the order through sent an email to request the order be cancelled. The next day they responded the order was already processed and sent and I could just return when it is received. I called customer ********************** to find out how to return. There is a $75 restocking fee. Half the price of the tree. When I said nicely that I had just read reviews in BBB he hung up on me . lol. Wow. I have never ever had such rude customer ********************** representatives.

      TERRIBLE COMPANY! POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I should have suspected something when I did not see product reviews, unfortunately I did not check into the company and consult the BBB until after I was ripped off.The picture of the product online is quite nice and does not at all resemble what I received. When I contacted them, I was informed that I could pay $25 to return the wreath. I just hope more people check BBB before buying from them.

      Customer ********************** is less than zero. Bought a brand new tree, prelit, and it had half a strand out. Contacted support and they refused to assist in any way. Fortunately I managed to fix it myself for this season. Next year the junk incandescent strings they put on will all be stripped and discarded in exchange for LED strings that represent technology from this century.All in all, the tree looks god, the lights are complete garbage and the customer ********************** screams - BUY ELSEWHERE

      $75 to purchase a return (6.5 ft. X-mas tree) label. With that, I will be also be returning the 7.5 foot tree I purchased while waiting for the customer ********************** to reply. Very disappointed. Will never purchase or recommend.
