    Customer ********************** is terrible as is their return policy. I ordered 2 different styles of ******** One of which I bought 2 *******s. This ******* dropped so much glitter in my house that it was making a mess and I decided to return it. The cost for these 2 *******s, which were delivered in 2 separate boxes was about $80 total. In order to return any product other than a Christmas tree, the company charges a $25 fee per box! I chose to box the products together to at least get some of my purchase price returned to me. I politely complained to the service rep processing my return over the phone that this fee was much higher than typical of a very lightweight product. She was rude and argumentative in a shocking way, to the point that I said I did not wish to argue with her. Note: The other ******* that I kept seemed to be of very good quality but I will never do business with them again. Perhaps going through another vendor might be better, but in my opinion they do not deserve the patronage in any way.

    Do not buy anything from these people and i wish I could put a star below zero . What happened to me is exactly what happened to the people who wrote on here too . i was told last week I would get a label to return a Christmas tree but when I called today the person said no we charge $75 for return and its on our website . My husband recorded the conversation last week and the guy clearly never said he would charge me $75 . I would like the BBB to call me so we can send them the recording . Thank you

    Horrible just horrible. Do not buy anything from this company. they do not stand behind their products and customer ********************** hung up on me for requesting information that they should have.

    If I could give this company zero stars I would. Please dont purchase anything from them. Horrible customer **********************. I purchased Christmas tree and after 5 min of putting the order through sent an email to request the order be cancelled. The next day they responded the order was already processed and sent and I could just return when it is received. I called customer ********************** to find out how to return. There is a $75 restocking fee. Half the price of the tree. When I said nicely that I had just read reviews in BBB he hung up on me . lol. Wow. I have never ever had such rude customer ********************** representatives.

    TERRIBLE COMPANY! POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I should have suspected something when I did not see product reviews, unfortunately I did not check into the company and consult the BBB until after I was ripped off.The picture of the product online is quite nice and does not at all resemble what I received. When I contacted them, I was informed that I could pay $25 to return the wreath. I just hope more people check BBB before buying from them.

    Customer ********************** is less than zero. Bought a brand new tree, prelit, and it had half a strand out. Contacted support and they refused to assist in any way. Fortunately I managed to fix it myself for this season. Next year the junk incandescent strings they put on will all be stripped and discarded in exchange for LED strings that represent technology from this century.All in all, the tree looks god, the lights are complete garbage and the customer ********************** screams - BUY ELSEWHERE

    $75 to purchase a return (6.5 ft. X-mas tree) label. With that, I will be also be returning the 7.5 foot tree I purchased while waiting for the customer ********************** to reply. Very disappointed. Will never purchase or recommend.

    Non-responsive to consumer complaint. A section of a lighted string did not work. Upon examination I found a wire with a flat bare metal end. I thought it might need to be pushed into something. I touched it and received a shock bad enough to make me yell and jump. I also received a small burn on my finger. I called their customer ********************** and was on hold far too long. I attempted the chat feature on their web site. There was no response. I emailed them with a picture of the wire and description of what happened. No response. Obviously the tree is going back to the store. However, clearly this couldu be a hazard and Im surprised National Tree did not respond. Additionally, no matter how I tried to arrange the branches, I could not get the tree to look like the picture on the box.

    Ordered tree but after several days received a cancellation email due to lack of stock.LETTER SENT TO CUSTOMER ********************** -Just wanted to share with you my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with your company. I thought ordering the tree directly from your company would have ensured a quality item and service but sadly I was very displeased.*** CHAIN OF EVENTS ***On November ******************************************** which the money was withdrawn from my bank account.Nov 30 an email was sent out from your company, a person named *****, thanking me for my purchase. That same day I sent out an email asking when my order would be shipped out but there was no reply.Sent out a 2nd email on December 01 and again, no reply.December 03 an email was received from NTC stating my November 28 order was cancelled due to lack of stock.*** END ***I understand this is a busy time of year for your company but if there was a lack of stock, why was not I informed immediately, or your website reflected this in real-time? In all honesty, I do not feel confident ordering anything from your company again.

    We bought a 9 tree about two years ago and the tree itself is beautiful. . The tree did not even make it through the first season and bulbs went out. We had to send the section back and got a new one. However, the same section went out again the second year as did another one at the start of this year. When you pay this much for a tree you would think it would last and be a quality product, but we are very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.
