  Bought a tree in Sept 2023. Advertised as a $1000 tree for $300. Whwn opening box to set up there was no foot pedal/transformer for blinking. Contacted customer ********************** and got three different answers from three different reps. ***** I was told I must have a receipt which I misplaced. Offered to send them a copy of bank statement which they said would not do. I pointed out surely they have all the info in their data base. Very sarcastic rep insisted on the receipt. WHY?I called back and told them ok I will pay for the pieces if they will not warranty it. Transferred to sales and of course got voice male. Called back and spoke to yet another sarcastic rep who told me it would cost me $60 for the parts. I agreed to pay and they would have sales call me back.Same rep calls me back and said there is no pedal for that tree.Surely a $1000 dollar tree (LOL) would have all the bells and whistles.Do not do business with this company. Classic bait and switch. Terrible customer ********************** reps unwilling to go the extra mile. Oh and the $1000 tree looks like a ************************* tree!

  DO NOT BUY from this company. After 18 months of emailing and calling, still we have a broken limb of our Christmas tree, by purchased Aug 2021. There customer ********************** has gone from bad to worse---Website makes it look like a reputable, responsive company, but it is NOT! I have emailed and no response. I have called and can no longer reach a human. We propped it up and used it Christmas 2021, because I was told it was too late in the production season to obtain a replacement and I would hear from the company in Aug 2022. Crickets. When I called back they said it wasn't registered----I registered it multiple times as directed by different representatives that I spoke to each time I called and had to wait 30 minutes or more to reach anyone. I was told a variety of things---that it would be handled by the shipping department or they needed the *** from the box. I have an entire email string---and in retrospect, it appears it was just that---a string, to string me along.

  Dont buy from this company. After two years only half of the lights work. So thats only two months of use. All fuses are good. After 3 hrs of trying to get to C.S. they told me they wouldnt do anything. Their C.S. person could hardly speak English.This companies *****.

  I bought my tree in 2020. It was fine and beautiful and I loved it. It was completely fine in 2021 and in 2022 I put it up and half the lights didn't work. I understand the lights won't last forever but I paid 600 dollars for my tree and I expected it to last at least 2 years. I called and originally they said they could help me. Then I was told they don't do repairs for *********. So I was told they could send me lights to put on it. Then they discovered my warranty expired on November 13. This was November 20. 7 days over. They HELD me to that. I was shocked. Never have I ever been more appalled. Do not buy from this company.

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a National Tree through a global, highly acclaimed website; product has not shipped, and can't get anyone on the phone from this company; tried all 6 extensions, every voice mail full. There website makes it look like this is a reputable company; but they are NOT! Beware!
