      I bought a side mirror for my 2013 Honda Pilot; I initiated a return on 11/17/2022 and it was received by your facility on 11/21/22. I've attempted multiple times to call your customer service number, there is no one there to answer or it is busy. I've sent 3 emails and have attempted the chat feature on your website twice. No one is there to answer my questions as to the status of my refund. I simply cannot get any information from you.

      I ordered a transmission oil cooler on 11/26/22 the part that was delivered was a starter on 12/02/22. I completed a return item form and am still awaiting a response or further instructions. The number that they have online for the company consistently says busy and immediately hangs up. There is no way to contact the company and talk to an employee.

      I ordered this item for my **** Astro *** November 7th. Order #******. They are the wrong headlights for my ***. I filled out a return November14th 2022 and it has been under review since then for whatever reason it has taken this long. They do not have a legitimate phone number to call them. I tried to check on the return 11-28-22 and had to resend the return request including a photo again of the wrong lights they sent me for my car. I have purchased the correct lights from another vender so I could drive my car again. I need them to send return authorization for the wrong lights they sent me and the money they charged me for them. I have tried twice now to contact them through their poor service methods and just want my money back

      I am rejecting this response because: I have never received the email from the seller or been provided a return label to return the wrong parts that they sent me. They said the return was approved but their site shows that it is still under review and they have not done what they stated they were going to do.

      Placed an order for a 2012 ****** Altima driver side tail light on 10/17/2022. I received the confirmation email and my order number, #******, money was also taken from my bank account on 10/17/2022. On 10/18/2022 I received an email stating I need to complete my order. I went to the website and it says I have no order placed. I want the money refunded back.
