      Ordered bumper cover for 2012 Toyota Yaris. Tried to return it. They say no return for this product. I’ve never even opened it. I do not own the car anymore. I want a full refund please. Order number ******* They will not answer any phone calls been trying for 2 weeks. Thank you! ***** ******

      I order a rear vehicle deflector for my vehicle, this **** Seller had two different ones for sale, l asked him questions and he sent a me a message and asked me to contact the Ford Dealer to get part number which l did and sent it to the **** Seller before he shipped, he instead sent the wrong part and after he sent it he told me in a message he had shipped it already prematurely, so l waited till it was delivered and never opened the box as l knew it was not the right part, so being it was unopened l scratched out the label only of the ***** label, the **** Seller sent me a Return Label for ***** l put it over the other label and dropped it off at *****, the seller in a message told me that they would refund, on August 19, 2025 l get notice from my bank saying l had a credit for refund, BUT the **** Seller withheld $11.27 stating it was not received in the original condition, which is a lie as l never opened the box he sent me, l have photos of the package and also the chat history. l am asking your help in recouping the remaining balance of $11.27.

      Ordered headlights for a 2008 ********** GTI, they sent some Taiwan junk that looked like the correct lights but functionally they 1 didnt plug into the stock connections and 2 the wiring was so cheaply configured that Id trust a blind amputee to make a better product.

      I ordered a left-side tail light and an inner tail light from JP Auto, but they sent me a left-side tail light and a right-side tail light instead. All the parts I ordered were for the left side of my vehicle, so I have no use for the right-side tail light they sent me. Additionally, I paid $85.01 for the left-side inner tail light, but they sent me a right-side tail light, which is completely useless to me. I am willing to return the right-side tail light, if I can contact them to arrange the return. I am seeking either a refund or the correct product to be sent.

      I ordered Qt 1 Tow mirror and was billed for Qt 2 Tow mirrors . Only Qt 1 was shipped and received .I emailed Jp auto and requested a credit be made to my ****** account. ******************** never made the credit request to *******I contacted ( emailed ) Jp auto again and was told that a check would be sent directly to me. NO CHECK WAS RECEIVED .. I have repeatedly attempted to contact Jp auto both by phone and email with no success. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and ******. There has been no decision to date .

      I purchased a car part from JP Auto that was guaranteed to fit the OEM Part # for my car online on May 28th, 2024 for $373.34. The part arrived on May 31, 2024, however the part did NOT fit my car and I returned it the same day it arrived on May 31st, 2024 to the *** store who gave me a *** ** shipping confirmation. JP Auto issued me a refund packing slip which indicated my refund would be $363.34, the cost of the part and taxes MINUS the $9.99 shipping fee. I returned the part which arrived at JP Auto on June 7, 2024.
      On June 14th, 2024, I received a credit on my bank account from JP Auto for $300.34. I tried to contact JP Auto which does not have a phone number, so I used their "contact us" link on their web page and I sent multiple emails, no emails were responded to from JP Auto. After receiving NO response from JP Auto I contacted my bank to dispute the charges that were billed to me, the $73.00 which includes the $9.99 shipping fee. My bank reached out to JP Auto who responded they they gave a refund to me, which was true but not the full refund, not the amount they stated they would refund on my refund packing slip. Months go by and my bank denied my dispute, they told me it was denied because JP Auto told them they gave me a refund, but they did not give the full refund. I escalated this with my bank and provided the proof from purchase, to return to stated return amount verses the actual return amount. I feel JP Auto is totally un-trustworthy and in the business to steal people's monies.

      I ordered headlight housings for my vehicle on the 28th of June. They were supposed to arrive July 3rd. It is 5 days later and I cannot get a reply or anything from the company. When I try to track my package, it says processing on the 28th. No update, nothing. I contacted the company with no results, I have not heard anything from them. I cannot return because I have not received, and am not allowed to cancel the order to receive a refund.

      I ordered a tail light and received a cheap filter. I sent an email asking for a refund since that was the only way to contact them. The business responded with a shipping label. No instructions or anything. I again asked for a refund with no response from the company. I would just like my refund. Thats it. After reading reviews this has happened to several people.
