    I am a Garage Organization customer. I am not affiliated in any way with Garage Organization. Ive been working with Garage Organization for almost 2 years now. I have ordered several different items from them and spent a good amount of money with them. I am very happy with Garage Organization. They have been great working through supply chain, shipping and COVID issues. ******************** and ******** aways answered my calls and were always up front with me on the status of my orders. They work very hard to keep me informed and updated. I will continue to use Garage Organization now and into the future.

    I purchased a set of Ulti-MATE Garage Cabinets from Garage Organization and the whole process was seamless start to finish. I had some questions which were thoroughly answered prior to purchase, the order shipped and arrived quickly. I received a phone call from the carrier to schedule delivery and the carrier ******* were actually on time. The driver even helped me put the pallet inside my garage. A super smooth transaction from start to finish - our cabinets are AMAZING!

    Finally - somewhere I can leave an HONEST review of this abysmal reflection of customer service. Ordered approx $5k worth of garage cabinets on Sept 8. Status had stayed pending for a month. Their confirmation email stated **** days. I called them (their only saving ***** is the quick response, but be a ware that when you call you actually get an answering service so you have to wait for a call back). **** told me she showed items would actually be delivered Oct 11. Asked why my order status wasn't updated on the site, received a "not sure" response. Oct 11 arrives, nothing. I call them again. Am told that items would not be available for shipping until end of October. So, basically their site doesn't tell you the correct lead time and you have to call to get any kind of update because their site doesn't give you updates.I'm actually glad this happened because I received an immediate refund when I requested it and found all the same items elsewhere for less.I wouldn't consider ordering from this company even if they had the last cabinet on earth. Abysmal service, poor communication and not even the best prices out there. Amusing there wasn't even a way for me to post a negative review in their review section. Stellar.

    This customer did indeed place an order on 9/8 and did indeed call for an update and both the product page and order confirmation page did clearly state shipping within **** business days - we explained to the customer that there is a big difference between business days and regular days due to weekends and holidays.We do have a call overflow center if all of our customer service agents are busy they take a message and we call customers back within ***** minutes. The customer also sent us an email. All of his inquiries were responded to super-quickly.The customer did order a variety of products and he was asked twice if he would like to have the order split-shipped and not held up as there were a couple of components that were backlogged - we could ship him what's available "now" and then the rest of the items as they became available (end of October). He refused! We told him that this could possibly further delay his shipment towards the end of October - he still refused.We would have been more than happy to assist him in shipping his items as quickly as possible but he did not want to receive more than one shipment although it would have significantly expedited the process and resolved the situation for him.

    I think a more accurate response should have been "we are sorry for the inconvenience we've caused you. We realize our website is poor on delivering you information any average consumer would find useful"Ordered 9/8 - 21 BUSINESS days out would be 10/7. I had to contact YOU only to be told INCORRECLTY by a representative that my items would be delivered 10/11. I was fine with the 10/11. 10/11 showed up and nothing so I contacted YOU again and was told end of October.Your stellar response of splitting the order would have had me basically receiving a bunch of screws because none of the CABINETS that make up the **** of this almost $5k order were not *ANTICIPATED* until end of October. You couldn't meet your own 21 business day delivery and you *ANTICIPATED* you would be receiving product by end of October. Of COURSE I cancelled - your service doesn't even have the customer service sense to keep customers updated when you can't deliver on time (we have to call YOU). You may want to consider:(1) improving your website to indicate in stock or time out on your product pages (2) improving your website to provide reasonable updates instead of the same "pending" notice (3) notifying your customers with an update email when you can't meet your stated delivery times with new delivery times Your response is reflective of the lack of customer service since all it attempted to do was justify the circumstances.
