  After ordering a product priced at $620 and waiting for over the 10 business days for it to ship, I called to follow-up for non-receipt. The order had been cancelled with no explanation and I was never notified. I requested additional information and asked that someone contact me to explain. No one ever did. During the initial phone call, I was told the order could not be reinstated and that I would have to reorder. To reorder was $200 more expensive! Today while preparing to write this review, I realized that the product was probably mispriced by Garage Organization. And, so, they arbitrarily cancelled the order. Had the company called me to tell me that a mistake had been made, I would have understood. Instead, I received no assistance, no replies, no apologies, no follow-**** or anything that could have resolved this problem. Seriously poor customer service! ******************

  The customer placed her order on 10/14/2023. At the time we were running a promotion and the unit she had ordered went out of stock as it was oversold. We communicated with in writing via email the following business day and sent her a cancellation notice via email explaining that due to the promotion the unit had sold out. Maybe the email communication went into her spam folder - we are not sure. The customer called us on November 2nd and we explained to her over the phone what had happened. We have records of us emailing her and communicating with her via phone.

  Let me preface this with I will make the distinction between ************ and the level of service I received versus the product itself and /or the customer service from the product maker. I own a large shop and frequently order cabinets, tools, etc. I have never dealt with GO before but they had a good price on the cabinets I wanted. I ordered 2 Newage Bold cabinets. I called to make sure they were in stock as GO is a drop shipper. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and looked to make sure the size and color were indeed in stock. I ordered them. He's the reason I'm giving even 2 stars. A week or so went by and I checked my account on GO to see if there was an update. Under my account, there were NO orders. I called them and a lady answered. I had 2 questions. Can you check for an update as my order doesn't show on my account and why doesn't my order shown on my account? She immediately sounded very annoyed that she needed to look up an order. She checks the order and says ITS STATES it'll be 7 to 14 days. We will email you when it ships. Ok, why is my order not showing up under my account? She states I don't know unless you are using the wrong email to log in. I stated I only have one email and she said well I'm not tech support so I don't know what to tell you. Smart ***, condescending and rude tone the entire call. Never offered to transfer me to someone who might have a clue. I waited a few days and called NewAge with my order (thankfully I had an email with an order number) and they looked it up. The man was very nice, actually helpful, and gave me a ship date. **************** was top-notch. Clear Distinction between Garage Organization and NewAge. Her attitude got them a negative 3 stars and lost a potential returning customer.

  The customer placed an order using his Paypal account on November 1st, 2023. His order confirmation email clearly states that his order would ship within **** Business Days. His order shipped on 11/15/2023 - well within the estimated timeframe (10th business day). The customer could have easily tracked his order status on our website via 2 methods under the Order Tracking section located at the top of the website. He could have also logged into his account to check status.

  I ordered a wall of Hercke stainless steel cabinets for my garage. They're beautiful. Any tradesperson who comes over exclaims a deep guttural "WHOA". I placed three separate orders and the arrived VERY fast. One order was missing a box of doors. After just one email to customer service, my missing doors arrived with no hassle whatsoever.

  I ordered a golf rack for 2 bags as a gift for my husband. The product arrived super fast and he had no issues putting it together. The product is very sturdy. No problems or complaints.

  Great prices and nice looking product! I agree with the customers that were not happy with the "answering service" piece of their business model. I own a business and there is no way we would get away with that (or make sales). They did however call back / email when requests were made ... requests that were made only because the site does not update any "status" of the order. I made 2 additional orders after my large one and will most likely do another.

  I would like to give more stars, but I absolutely cant. Although I am happy with the structure itself and the service Garage Organization provided, I was not happy with pictures only for the directions. Some explanations while assembling I feel would have been extremely helpful. The plastic hangers that are used to put plants in hanging baskets are junk, they will literally slide down the slots of the roof and possibly fall out like mine did onto the plants below it do to the weight of the plant after being watered. Water is over 8 pounds per gallon and adds up fast when watering a plant in a pot so one would think that making a hook that is fixed and held in place by a nut and bolt like the entire rest of the greenhouse would make sense. Also, as far as the nuts and bolts go, when youre paying that much money for a greenhouse, I would think that you could throw in a 10mm box spammer wrench in at no charge or at the very least tell your customers how VERY, VERY helpful it is to have one for assembly. As far as the Garage Organization goes, I am very pleased with your ease of ordering and the promptness of your shipment. As far as the greenhouse goes, maybe you all should put one together with the instructions provided, without a 10mm spanner wrench and give YOUR feedback to Palram.

I wish you would have made the distinction between our store and the level of service you received versus the product itself which we do not manufacture and have absolutely no control over. Sure... we will pass on your critique but in no way, shape or form does this reflect on our company.

  The customer placed an order for a Mythos 6' x 10' Hobby Greenhouse. The product assembly manual is clearly located on the product page under the DOCUMENTS tab. The customer could have easily reviewed the assembly instructions prior to ordering. The customer could have also called us or the manufacturer for assembly assistance. We also have assembly videos available for customers. We do everything we can to make life easy for our customer when purchasing products from us and wished the customer would have contacted us for further assistance.

  This 6X12' "Metal" Shed had wonderful instructions, with pictures along with each step. We are both 70 and put it together without much straining. Material, other than the bracing structure, was very flimsy. Seemed to be light weight fiberglass. It must be assembled on a very level surface in order for all pieces to fit properly. We had to level some pavers along the way. Luckily, our shed is between the house and a 6" privacy fence and hope that provides protection from wind shear. Maybe for the sides, but the roof panels probable will blow right out with any pressure.I'll do more homework when this one is blown away, to be sure THE WHOLE SHED is substantial METAL next time.

  Unfortunately we cannot be responsible if the customer did not do the adequate prep work prior to installing the shed they ordered. The assembly manual is clearly available on the website and the instructions clearly showcase that the unit must be installed on a level surface (kind of obvious). We also don't understand why the customer chose not to measure the space that they were installing the shed prior to ordering it if they new they had space constraints.

  The products I ordered were delivered on schedule, work well and look great in my shop. I really like the appearance of the Garage Organization products. I'll be coming back for more in the future.
