      April 7th I ordered 5 pieces of clothing with shipping the cost was $156.42. I am trying to return all bc the quality is poor. *** spent days emailing back and forth with them and they refuse to pay in full. First they said they would reimburse me $20, then $30 and now $50. Its not a negotiation for me. Ive sent them pictures and done what theyve asked. I have no phone number to call them on. The order # is 16880S41712.       Ordered a electric grill on 4/14/23..I knew it was a ninja grill knockoff but I figured at ***** worth it. Have not had correspondence with the since, reached out to them 3 times, they sent me a tracking number...but now the site is no longer available.

      I order a skirt set and a dress from Lipsshe and I received a total mess. The pictures I sent are showing what Lipsshe advertised versus what the company sent. I ordered a Mint Green dress and the agency sent a pink very sheer dress. I ordered a skirt set with popping flower (just like the dress) and I received a flat flower set. The dresses advertised comes from the ********** clothing line. The Lipsshe models are wearing an original designer outfit and ******* sends the client garbage. *************** return policy states if a buyer receives the wrong order, the company will honor a refund. When I contact Lipsshe via email, I was told I would have to ship the items to *****. I told the author of the email that I wasnt going to do that. Then, another email was sent informing me that the agency would take 40% off the purchase if I just keep the items due their financial situation. I refused that offer due to the false advertisement and the incorrect item. I explained to the author of the email that the companys financial issues are not the sellers problem. I want a full refund based on Lipsshe return policy.

      Purchased a pair of shoes from Adventureshoeshop.com on March 7th, with a promised shipping period of a maximum of two weeks. Over a month after ordering, I attempted to contact them telling them to cancel the order, over four emails were sent to them by me, and three-four phone calls and voice mails left. I had to contact my bank (M&T Bank) to dispute the charge, because they never, ever got back to me. I just received the shoes today, in the wrong size. So not only did they never get back to me, but they failed to cancel my order, and now I am left on the hook paying for a pair of shoes that don't fit. I'm sure I won't get into contact with them this time either, as I sent them yet another e-mail, five or six now. I can try to send them back, but according to their policy the return has to be accepted first...and well...I can't get into contact with them. So I am left hung out to dry, 60 dollars plus an international shipping charge of ****, this is wrong.

      On 01-20-23 I ordered 3 dresses from Kylieshe from their add on ******** Order#**** I received product on 02-15-2023. The dresses didn't fit(too big & I was very dissatisfied with product-colors not as depicted in pictures & the material felt cheap). I tried to contact via email & received no instructions. So on 02-17-23 I wrote a letter and returned product to the address on shipping bag (JANE @ the ** address). My tracking number showed they received product on 02-24-23. #1 Later I get an email telling me to keep ****************** refund 10% or they'll give me a 40% discount coupon. I said no, as I do not wish to buy anything else from you - you have your product in ********* want all my($112.17) money. #2 Then I was told they'd give a 20% refund & for me not to return because the expense to ***** was too much. #3 Again I told them no & that I wanted my money. #4 Their last contact was an email telling me I would receive nothing because I had not followed proper procedure as indicated on websie. I could not find such.

      LightintheBox return policy criteria does not state the return address in its policy. This is done purposely as all returns are required to be paid for by the customer and only after requesting a return does one learn that all returns have to be sent to *****. $50-$100 is the minimum rates for shipping US to *****; this seems above and beyond a reasonable amount a customer would expect to pay for a return and should warrant this fact being listed in the return policy.This business model is utilized by all ******* based business importers but it is very hard to investigate this practice from their sites.

      Hello, my name is *********************** and I purchased 3 wigs from this company Motemhair. On the tracking it was being shipped out of *********** but on the package it was from **********. I may have got the to cities confused. But the wigs I purchased is not what there advertising on the website. When I received my product, it was totally different from what I purchased. I contact the business to request an refund and a shipping return receipt to send back the product. There response was apologetical but stated for me to keep the product and they will refund 30% of the purchase which I requested the whole refund and to send the photos. I reminded the company on the first email, I provided the photos and the photos of the models/advertisement from the website. They did not mention the photos with there response. They provided that the return will be expensive and they do not provide an return receipt. However, I had requested the address to return the product to. they provided an address to *****. I immediately responded with an request for 40% of the refund for the two wigs out of the three that I received which I want be wearing. I went back in to read the return policy for the second time. They're giving 14 days to return the product to receive the full refund. I'm sure it's going to take 14 days or longer for the company to receive the product in ***** and I'm concerned about not receiving the refund after the 14 days. I do have an concern about the address that was provided on the package from ********** and was wondering why I couldn't return the product to that address where it was shipped from and why to *****. My complaint is false advertisement and to receive an refund from another country when I received my shipment within *****************. I would like a full refund and to return their product back but the timing and shipment will be an issue.       On 12/25/22 I ordered 3 bras from this company, order #****S83968, for $38.66. When the order arrived, after at least 2 weeks, the bras were so small I couldn't even get into them. I contacted them regarding a return, and this started a 2 1/2 month email back and forth with them. They said because I got what I ordered nothing could be done. I kept replying, they told me it would be too expensive for me to return them (most likely to ***** where they came from, and finally offering me $3 up to $7 for them, after I mailed them to the address listed, paying $13.80 for a return receipt certified mail. They got my returned package 1/24/22 signed for by ***************. I've stopped trying to deal with them as it is a total and tiresome frustration. They have the bras, 2 never taken out of packaging, 1 never worn because it didn't ********* out $52.46!

      transaction Date 12/29/2022 order # *****S22621 tracking ******************** $84.84 with express7-12 day shipping have had several email exchanges with company they are not wanting to honor guarantee asked me if there wasn't someone I could give them to or gift to. I have requested refund several times in emails. I have not heard from them since 02/27/2023. this is for 2 pairs of boots; 1 for me and 1 for my sister. Neither pair fit either of us and the smaller pair is flawed. I was going to keep this pair even though it is also a little big on me. I am basically getting the run around and they do not want to refund my money and take boots back. it took almost 2 months to even receive product when ad stated ships from *** when they actually shipped from ******. Had I known they were shipping from ****** I woudnt even have ordered due to problems with shipping right now. I cannot figure out how take entire email folder and attach.

      I ordered some wreaths about a month ago and they charged my credit card twice and I have never received them. I tried using the email they gave and said no existing email. There is no phone number or address for this company. I saw it on Pinterest. Didn't spend a whole lot of money but would like them to either send my wreaths or my money back if legit. Thank you
