    I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for incredible customer service and well stocked inventory. My goal was to expand a family collage wall with frames that matched the ones I had already used. I was disappointed but not surprised when I had difficulty locating the same frames since the original ones were purchased in 2009. After an extensive online search, Sendaframe was one of two company that had any stock. The first company I contacted had only two and were asking a ridiculously high price which, in desperation, I decided to order. My major mistake was not contacting Sendaframe first. They were able to supply me with the other ten frames that I needed. I was so excited about this but then it got even better. I received a phone call from a Sendaframe representative informing me that the company had noticed my order of the two higher priced frames. They took the initiative to cancel this order and add the two to my larger order - at the lower price!!Today I decided to call the company to thank them for this amazing and unexpected customer service. I had the pleasure of talking to another representative who was delightful - friendly and professional with obvious pride in the company and it's mission to provide excellent customer service. I only wish I could give Sendaframe an even higher rating!!!

    I had the most amazing experience with this company for *********** gifts. I wanted special engraving in several items, including a silver baby cup. I'm not sure why there name is SendAFrame and not sendthings. I found them on ******* Anyway, I did wait until the last minute (3 days ago) and asked the online chat woman if it was possible to arrive on time. Not only did the rep say they could, she said that the rush charge was not needed and to just give her the order #s when paid for. Wow! She upgraded the shipping for free and even gave me free shipping on 2 because she said ground would arrive in same time. I didn't ask, she just didit. Next day, I got tracking information and there was a note that they corrected a dumb spelling mistake I made. One grandchild got his gift today and my daughter in-law said it was beautifully gift boxes and wrapped.She said a truck going over it wouldn't have hurt it. I didn't pay anything extra for that. Their prices were lower than amazon, which I love. Much lower on one thing. Fantastic company. I'll be back soon.

    I've been a customer of ********************** since 2017, and there's good reason for that. Their selection of framing options is unbeatable and competitively priced. More importantly, the customer service I have received during each of my transactions has been so extraordinary, that I could see paying more based strictly on the way Sendaframe.com treats customers. Most recently, I had the pleasure of being assisted by ***** via the live chat system. I voiced my concerns about needing the exact model I had ordered many years ago. Sure enough, ***** located the 6-year-old transaction and informed me that these units were still available. I've experienced many levels of effort by "customer service" reps, but never experienced the level of honest-to-goodness assistance until I did today. ***** made me a repeat customer of ********************** for life, and even gave my faith in humanity a boost! Just when you think the item you need is gone forever, someone like ***** comes along, and boom, my Friday maybe be great after all! Thank you SendaFrame.com, and thank you *****!
