    I searched everywhere for the perfect frame for a special picture for my mom. Sendaframe had exactly what I needed and the price was way below anything else I was able to find on the internet.     They were the only ones that carried the frame we were looking for to complete a grouping. They shipped fast and packed it very well. Their communication was excellent. They emailed me when it shipped and when it arrived and they had helpful links in their emails. I didnt have to contact them but they seem very accessible. I had not heard of this company and took a chance after reading their story, reviews and policies. I am glad I did and I will come back to this company when I need my next frame.

    The quality of this frame is far better than frames I have ordered from other companies. First it comes packaged in a beautiful box so its protected. I ordered the *************************** Company 4x12. The mitered edges are invisible! Gorgeous!!!! The back of the frame has 2 hanging options and a desktop option. High quality. I am an artist and buy frames for my pieces. Send a Frame will be my go to from now on. Very satisfied customer.

    Incredible find. A friend recommended send-a-frame for a quick but special gift I needed. I can't thank them enough. ******* on their live chat walked me through an engraved gift for a couple I'm spending weekend with. They are engraving it yesterday and shipped it with free 2-day shipping to the beach house. Well, I got to the friends and ***** had delivered it already ahead of time. Price was the same I'd expect at my macys or bloomingdales but they did so much more. These people are wonderful.

    I was thoroughly pleased with all that this company did to help me through my order. We purchase frames every year for our high school theatre seniors as a graduation gift. I placed an order for 23 frames and there were not enough for all of the students. I placed it the best way I could, but did not get it all the way correct for what we needed. I received a call from *****. He walked me through the entire process, start to finish. He also made sure that I received the order in time for the ceremony for our students. In addition he helped defray our shipping costs and ensured that every student received a beautifully engraved frame with not only our standard engraved sentence, but a new feature of including the theatre logo. As fate would have it, they did not arrive as scheduled. ***** jumped back into *************** with me to make it happen. And it did happen. The frames were breathtaking upon their arrival. I was absolutely delighted with them. Our parents were so proud to give these to our students as a final gift from the ************** group. I was and still am beyond thrilled and thoroughly pleased with my interaction with Sendaframe this year. On behalf of our students, and parents, thank you ***** and Sendaframe for making this such a wonderful experience.
