************** came during the time promised on June 7. He fixed the issue with especially one of our 2 garage doors not coming down entirely straight. He also helped hammer in loose parts of the rubber on the bottom of the door and also exchanged a light bulb. ************** was very helpful courteous and friendly.

Nothing but cudos for Overhead Door Company from the moment at 7:30 AM when I called them to when they arrived at shortly after 2 PM (window was 10 AM-2 PM). 5 starsWe have been customers of Overhead Door Company of Central New Jersey for many years as our 23 year old home came with Overhead garage doors and openers. Over the years we have had the doors serviced (lubrication, springs) though due to age we needed new rubber buffers to seal the bottom of the doors keeping debris out of our garage. I called for service and Ally at the front desk suggested I might want to consider new doors. I agreed as we were thinking of upgrading the look of our current doors, though were unsure of the cost. She connected me with ****, our product specialist. **** was a pleasure to work with and provided us with many options and helped us decide on those that would benefit us most. We also upgraded our openers with this project. Ordering was easy, and in about 4 weeks our doors had arrived. ***** contacted me and made scheduling the installation easy. He also kept in communication with me up to the appointment. The technical team of *****, *** and ****** came promptly at the scheduled time and by noon we had three beautiful new garage doors and very quite openers in operation. These gentlemen did an outstanding job! Everything worked as expected and they even took additional time to explain all of the features of our new system and insure we were comfortable with all aspects of the job and system operations. The results are outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The attached photos demonstrate the improvement to the look of our home. Coming full circle **** reached out for our comments on the project. I would recommend the team at Overhead Door Company of Central New Jersey without reservation. Price, value and communication were all superior and it was indeed a pleasure to have worked with everyone on this project. Thanks again for such a fine job. Overhead Door is a reliable professional group. They installed our doors and opener system and when the outside pad failed a few years later, replaced it in a few minutes. Our tech ************ arrived on time. He was pleasant and courtesy. He even synced up our cars to the opener.Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey

Overhead ******* of Central New Jersey was very customer service oriented. It was easy to make an appointment and they called the next day to confirm and provide a 2 hour window. The technician ************ arrived within the service window and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. He told me everything he was going to do and took all broken parts away when he was done.
