I ordered a replacement garage door from Overhead Doors on February 26, 2025. **** was the salesperson who came to our house and took the measurements. Fortunately, the replacement garage door was the same model door that was installed some 30 years ago and matched perfectly to the other garage door. The replacement door took about 4 weeks to arrive. ***** (the installation technician) came around 9:15am on Friday March 27th, 2025. He removed the existing door, tracks and spring assembly (we kept the existing motor and chain assembly). ***** installed the new door and tracks and made adjustments to the chain assembly. ***** did a great job. He was very thorough. He made sure everything was working properly and when he was finished he asked if I had any questions about the install. Thank you *****. *** *. (homeowner)

***** M arrived to fix our garage door at the *********************** on February 5, 2025. He arrived exactly at the time scheduled, was polite, asking for the needed information in order to repair the problem with our door.He diagnosed the problem and in a reasonable amount of time explained the process to repair the door and the cost involved. The door was repaired by ***** with no issues and he was on his way.The Funeral Home has been doing business with Overhead Door for years, and associates like ***** further their commitment to quality for commercial and residential customers alike. ***** J and ***** did a great job installing our new Liftmaster openers, while upgrading our system to torsion with a new spring, rollers and a door gasket. The door is so quiet and their price was more competitive than other local providers.Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey

One of our garage door springs broke on Sunday evening. Called ***** at Overhead on Monday AM. She was able to find our previous spring service from many years ago so they had our door info. The technician, *****, was here first thing on Tuesday morning and replaced both springs. He also inspected our 23 year old opener and recommended changes. He also lubricated the door hinges. ***** came to install two garage doors in our almost 100-year-old detached garage. He arrived promptly and worked non-stop to get the job done, overcoming a couple of support issues due to the age of the structure. ***** also came to assist for a couple of hours. I didn't get to meet *****, but ***** was unfailingly pleasant. The work was excellent. And he explained the system well. If I had more garages, I would not hesitate to use Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey again and request *****.Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey

Excellent group to work with. They made the whole process easy, and being able to see what it would look like before we had it installed. Installation was a dream with our installer. He came, looked over the issues he had to deal with and was done in 3 hours including putting in the door lift. If you want pros to do the job, call this group.Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey

5 starsI have had Overhead Door Company of Central Jersey out a few times over the years to service my garage doors and they are always extremely courteous and professional. Today, ***** and ****** replaced one of my overhead door units. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive, they arrived on time, they completed the service in a timely manner and were both polite and personable.
