    We have no customer with this name, email or phone number in our system, there isn't even anyone name ***** we have ever dealt with, she may have the wrong company and no information was listed except damage?? We need an actual job number or paperwork because she is not one of our customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    That is a lie since you spoke to me and I paid you. The Table was damaged and we did not assemble it since that was your job to disassemble and assemble. ***** is definitely also filing this complaint with me. You wouldn't remove all of our stuff until we zelled you the money and would not speak to us at all.

    That is a lie. you Delivered the stuff to my house so you damaged my table.

    That information is incorrect, I personally have never spoken to you and we have a customer service team that is available 6 days a week during business hours. If you’d like to file a claim you can, however it would have to be ***** the person who scheduled the move and used our service. You stated he will also file a complaint, it’s unfair to have multiple people making complaints when you haven’t personally used our service, nor have you contacted us directly for a resolution. 
    If he’d like to file a formal claim have him contact customer service and he can submit pictures and a receipt of the table for damages and they will make a decision as the insurance company. 
    As far as payment, this was disclosed that pickup and delivery payments need to be certified payment. I’m asking BBB to remove this complaint because you are not a customer of ours, and as you stated ***** will be making his own complaint.

    I’m going to have ***** call you and see if you can fix the table and resolved this issue only then I will remove my complaint because you have done nothing and I know he spoke to you right after and you still haven’t done anything about it since this is my table that I personally purchased and I will not remove the complaint until I get payment for the damage. Thank you.
