    ***** used to be a very professional company! I used them to install my new boiler and split SC Unit and I was very satisfied with the cost and service! Recently, I called and explained my main sanitary line was clogged and could they send someone to fix asap!I asked the women to give me a rough estimate of this service but she could not. The plumber that was sent to the house was professional, neat and courteous. He told me there would be a $125.00 Service Charge to ***** my problem! I thought this was ridiculous since being a Field Construction engineer I already advised the office of the problem. He told me the cost would be $625.00 which included a one year guarantee Having little choice I directed him to proceed.He found some what I consider "minor roots" on one of the "snake" sections, called his direct report and then I was told there would be no guarantee! The next day I call the office asking for the owner to discuss being a former client and business owner. I felt the $125.00 fee should be included in the $500.00 and, get my one year warranty back. After three days no call back! I see what looks like a standard response from C&C to these reviews. Don't bother with sending me one! I want the $125.00 service call refunded and the one year warranty reinstated! If I'm ignored then I'll lodge my complaint with the BBB! All I wanted was to discuss this with the owner!Still waiting but not much longer!!!!
