    I shop at ****** they had a stand with ***************** so I signed up for pricing, they send me *******, ok they set me s sales goy name *************** sat with him he throw me a price look good signed up ok, now this where a things start going wrong was *****'s doing keep telling me he fing out and call me back never did. Wasn't happy then,then women in office calling me said I made check out to costco,I said yes that's right she said no you were to make it to ******* I said no ***** said to costco,I gad to waste a whole day driving to there shop to fix check,that was first they screwed up and when I got to shop mode problems with women in office finally gave them new check and left a week later boss man *** calling me saying that they never got a new check yet. thats again the way they doing thing,all waste time a all bs ways to run business, now today on 4/10/24 ,I hD a service appointment I even ask the tex who was in my home and he did name **** call office 3 months for new service and I wanted him and he set it up done great they text me day before the same time right time I ask for next day waiting now 1020am j call shop woman said my appointment is at ***** I said no 8-10 I stay home from work missing About $400.00 DAY THEN THEY CALL ME BACK AND SAID HE BE LATE,I THINK THERE SERVICE ROTTS STAY AWAY FROM *******,I WISH I DID!!!!

    I had an HVAC issue and I was seen the same day I made the phone call. ******* came by and analyzed the situation and fixed it fast and efficiently! My water heater is next to my HVAC and he happened to notice an issue with it and made suggestions on repairing it as well with a free quote! He did not pressure me into other services and kept me informed of everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend this company and ******* as your tech!

    Called them for an emergency repair of Weil Mclain combi boiler. Had no heat or hot water. They told me several times that they would call back and have their service person call me to come fix it. They never called me back through out 24 hours. They were a no show from the beginning in spite of claiming to be a 24hour emergency service. Can't count on them.
