    I highly recommend C&C Air Conditioning and Heating. I had an old AC unit that finally quit and I needed a full HVAC replacement. I started the process working with **** *. (Account Manager) who walked me through my options, clearly articulating the pros and cons of the different equipment. **** provided a detailed estimate before he left my house and was quick to respond to questions via email and always answered when called. The following week, my installation was scheduled. ******* *. and team arrived on schedule, put down floor protection covering the entire pathway between my front door and HVAC equipment in the basement and got to work. The installation was professional and clean all old equipment was removed, all values and plumbing replaced, all wires and lines secured well and out of the way. The areas both inside and outside were cleaned up and there was no trace that a crew was ever there. After the installation, they configured the smart thermostat and explained how it works and walked me through the system functions, asking if I had any questions. In addition to ***** ******** and the installation crew being great, everyone else I contacted at C&C were professional, polite, and responsive.I received several quotes for this work and ultimately chose C&C because of their equipment recommendations, price, and reputation. I am very happy I went with C&C and will happily recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing work done.
