I believe because there are only two customer reviews. This place just doesn’t have a lot of business. It’s surrounded by competitors. I’ve stayed here in the past. I’m staying here now. Drug addicts, alcoholics are part of every town or city. Of course, you’re going to find them around hotels where they might get a place to stay. That should be obvious, knowing the area. If you don’t know the area, and try to find something less expensive. You won’t, not without finding more things that will deter you. I am very familiar with this area and have lived here my entire life, I’ve worked in every surrounding town in the city and I can tell you every part of every town that’s good and every time I respond back mad. I can tell you this place has done nothing but been straightforward with me and has never wrong to me. The price is high but that’s what you get if you’re coming to Massachusetts and you want to live within 10 miles of Hampton Beach even if it’s only temporary. Expectations are not the way to review a place that is straightforward with their prices. The prices are available on the Internet and I don’t believe that they should be shunned as like I explained before I have been here more than once and nobody has ever bothered me except for money. Prices go up, things change. That’s Massachusetts, not in Seabrook Inn. I have been treated with respect and although I cannot afford to stay any longer, they have provided every necessary component and not bothered me once in five days. I always keep my place immaculate but I am homeless and in between moving so I felt it necessary to explain why this place may possibly get a bad rap where that usually comes from people that aren’t from around here. If you know the area, do you know that there’s no escaping the reality of the area. Just food for thought, make your decisions based on the fact that I can tell you it’s safe and quiet. Expensive but available. Great free-way accessibility. Cheaper than most. Best wishes.
