      Im absolutely livid with Dunkin Donuts pathetic customer service and their useless app refund process. On May 16, 2025, at 7:38 PM, I ordered coffee through the Dunkin app at ********************************. When I got it, the coffee was disgustingtasted like burnt garbage, completely undrinkable, even though I put in clear instructions on how I wanted it made. It was so bad I couldnt take a second sip. The app forces you to call customer service for a refund, so I did, and it was a total disaster. I had to make 12 separate phone calls to try to get my money back, and each one was more infuriating than the last. Every *** was outsourced, speaking such broken English I could barely understand them. They acted so unprofessional, like they didnt care about my problem at all, and flat-out refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Instead, they kept saying Id get a callback. A callback? Thats a joke! Im the customer here, calling when Im available. I shouldnt have to sit around waiting for a call I might miss because they cant handle things on the spot. Dealing with 12 different ***s who could hardly communicate and wouldnt help was beyond frustrating, its unacceptable. The app shouldnt make you jump through these hoops just to fix a stores mistake. Its not my fault the Colonie staff cant make coffee right or used burnt coffee. Im out my money, plus gas driving to the store and hours of my time dealing with this nonsense. Dunkin needs to fix this mess now. I called customer service 12 times after getting bad coffee, explaining the issue and asking for a supervisor. Each *** spoke poor English, refused to transfer me.Desired Resolution: Fix the customer service line so ***s speak clear English and connect to supervisors. Change the app to allow refunds without phone calls. Train Colonie staff to make coffee properly so its not burnt and gross.
