      Description of Complaint:
I go to dunkin every morning with my dog. I get the exact same thing. 1 large caramel craze ice latte, 2 black pepper bacon wake up wraps and 1 single miniature cup with only whipped cream for my dog. This store always has issues. First off, for a mini cup of whipped cream they are charging me $1 which is outrageous! Sometimes it’s .80 and used to be .25 The prices change everyday!!! Now for the past 3 days their credit card machine and scanning apps to claim points have been down! I want my points and I want to know why I’m being charged $1 for a mini cup of whipped cream? When I was being charged .25 just last week! This is crazy. Not to mention, I have to pay cash for 3 days now. I’ve had to go to the ATM after being in a long line to give these people cash. When I ask about it they have no clue what is going on and tell me that they only work there. I also want to say this place runs out of donuts. Come on! You’re a donut place how TF do you run out of donuts!
      Desired Outcome:
Fix the issues I have receipts to be added to my app for my points and would like to share photos of proof. **************** is my Dunkin’s rewards account number

On 10/12/22 at 3:46pm I went through the drive-thru at 5 Washington Street, Taunton, MA.
I ordered a Med hot coffee. When I arrived at the window, the amount showing on the window was $6.54. I asked the girl at the window why it was so high and she said my order was $2.72 and not to pay attention to the display. She scanned my app (with an attitude no less). I asked for a receipt and she provided it with my coffee. As I pulled out of the drive-thru, I noticed that she did in fact charge me $6.54. I pulled my car around, parked and went inside. I was greeted by a young man, who when I explained what happened said, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" I said I wanted a refund for what I didn't purchase. He said, "We can't do that." Told me to call corporate.
I got into my car and placed a call to corporate. After a lengthy conversation, I was told that someone from the store would contact me in 1-2 business days.
I waited 2 business days and called the location and asked for the manager, Was told there was no manager on duty to call back the next day. I did and was told the same. Is there never a manager on duty or are they avoiding me? Also, this is the second time in a month that I was overcharged in that manner at this particular location. I have also emailed corporate and haven't received a response back. It's not the lousy $3.00. It's the attitude and the lack of response that's pushing me to see this through!
