    I am extremely dissatisfied with Generator Power Solutions. I made a $6000.00 deposit on 10/27/21 for a Kohler Home Standby Generator, which was supposed to be installed in 6 to 8 weeks. For the past 21 months all I've received is a litany of excuses. First it was supply issues due to COVID, then all generators were being shipped to Florida due to hurricanes, our generator was shipped to someone else in error, they had staffing shortages and then the owner's wife was ill, so there was a backlog. At no point has anyone from Generator Power Solutions contacted, all interactions were initiated by me. I contacted them on July 31, 2023 at which time I told the office manager I wanted a full refund. After waiting 10 days, I called again and spoke to the receptionist to request one of the owners return my call and let me know when I can expect my refund. As of today, August 25, 2023, I'm still waiting.
