I keep being contacted by BHS regarding a credit card with Sam's club from 2006 for about $95.00. They are stating that it is under a business name. My first call to them they were not able to give me the business name it was under. I said I have received NO informaiton in the mail from them, they said they do no mail information out. I asked that it be emailed, I gave them my email address and never received anything. Amy is my nick name and I never open accounts or financial business with my nick name. My second call to them on 8-8 I told them that the statute of limitations for Nebraska on collecting debt is 5 years and without getting information via mail or email, I will not be willing to give them my information over the phone. He told me that yes, they are unable to take me to court. I asked that I be removed from their call list. Today I have gotten 3 calls from them. I need this to STOP now!Initial Complaint

I received a phone call from someone at this business. No identifier, no return number given. Come on people. Lets use some business etiquette out there. Its ridiculous. And i read other reviews and complaints, all the same. They may be legitimate and if someone is using my personal info, Id like to help put a stop to it. I have no idea why these people are calling me. I have no outstanding debts, pay all bills on time and have a VERY high credit score. I don't know who they think I owe money to, or if they are scammers? My desired resolution is to know why they think I owe someone money, why whoever they believe I have a debt with has never contacted me, why this is the first time I'm hearing of a debt and or is this just a scam?Initial Complaint

A woman has been using my cell phone number to open up accounts and is apparently not paying her debts. I have had multiple calls from this company and they won’t even listen to my story, they just hang up and call again from another spoofed number. I was able to trace the number they used this morning to this collection agency. I didn’t answer but called back and they asked for Debra V**, I started to explain but they hung up again. I want this company to lose this number in their system. I actually tracked this woman down and I was going to give the rude caller her address but I guess you want to keep harassing and innocent person who pays her bills and not get the actual scum that doesn’t do the right thing.
I will make this easy for you. Google my number and all of her information will pop up. Pretty scary! I have had to request all my credit reports and will be filing a police report agains this person. Please stop calling me and train your staff how to behave on the phone.Initial Complaint

Harassing phone calls to family and neighbors, giving out social security number and other identifiable information. Telling my family I had serious allegations and a bench warrant was going to be set for me criminally. I have copies of all voicemail messages from family.Initial Complaint

I am continually receiving calls and texts from BHA Associates. I do not owe any money for any account especially anything within the 7 years statue of limitations, because they ALL have been taken care of. When asked about the company that I supposedly owe, I did not recognize the name, nor did they have any additional information to provide. I have not received anything to my home, in writing regarding any of the alleged charges and dates. They now called my son threatening with court filing by the FDA (ha) with case# 202******* and they called from 240 233-8336. The call back was 888 939-4182. They keep harassing me and calling my number, when I've asked them repeatedly to stop and that the person they are looking for is not at that number. When I asked to speak to a manager they were rude and hung up.
