    This company has been calling family, friends, my husbands ex wife, places of employment, etc. This is harassment! Also they use my maiden name when I have been married for 10 plus years now. I also have never received a VM or any information in the mail. When trying to call I was hung up and they could not even verify if any debt was owed and the name of the debt/company. They were so rude and call multiple people ***** times a day!

    This is one of many random numbers that keeps calling me. They keep calling my family and my place of employment. ****** left nasty voicemails to my family members, stating Im schedule to be served. I already looked my name up and I have ZERO, absolutely ZERO cases pending against me. My accounts that went into collections, *** already worked out payment plans with all of them. If you dont remove my number and stop calling me, I will be filing a harassment report with my local police department.

    6/25/2024 Received a phone call from a person identifying as *****. He asked if I had an attorney. I asked what for? He stated that there were fraudulent checks in my name and that I would need an attorney. I stated that I do not write checks. He said oh well I'll take it that you do not have an attorney so I'll forward this case to San Diego District Court good luck. The phone call ended.

    Received a call today 6/25/24 from this number asking if I had an attorney when I asked for what all they said is there is a complaint against your name and social security number and that I already know what it is about. When telling them what it was all they did was repeat what was said before and that there was going to be a court date I have no clue whats going on and I think that is bull that they cant elaborate on anything

    Good day,I keep getting a call from **********. Its an automated system at first. Then a live person comes on asking how may he help me? I advised him that they called me he then placed me on hold and another gentlemen came on the phone speaking faster then ******** can fly saying something about court then hung up. I called the number back, he stated we spoke to you about this matter then hung up on me again.

    I received a voicemail stating I needed to call the number back regarding a legal matter and I nor my attorney called back then they would place a notice that I've waived my rights and that I need to handle my business accordingly. I called back and they said the account was under a name I no longer use. I explained that that wasn't my name and that it's an old name. I asked several times for the representative named "*******************" to tell my why they called. He said since that wasn't my name he wasnt going to tell me and would refer the information back to their client for them to pursue me in court. Then told me to have a good luck and hung up.

    I was called on my home phone on 4-18 with an automated message saying there was an urgent legal matter that I need to attend to and asked me to press 1 to proceed. A live person then answered and asked how he could help me. I told him I wasn't sure as I had just received an automated message. He asked me to hold on as he researched my number, then said the matter was for me. I then replied, "Okay" as I know better than to say "This is *******************************" in case they are a scam entity recording for nefarious purposes. He sat there on the phone and subsequently hung up after about 10 seconds of silence. The same number then called my cell phone about 4 minutes later.

    I keep getting calls from them place. They say they are representing a pay day loan company. I can not remember the name of the loan company. They stated I took a pay day loan and closed checking account in ** before they could present the check to them. I do not live nor have I ever lived in **! I have never heard of the Pay Day Loan place and also the Bank in **. They threatened to file suit against me. They can file all they want to, I do not owe nor have I ever owed a check cashing place. I do not appreciate this company calling me. They hung up on me 3 times and I called back until they explained why they had called me. The man was very ugly to me.

    I am not sure what information you want.  I do not have any information regarding the name of the pay day loan business or the amount.  The gentleman I spoke with did not give me any details other that what I put in the orgininal complaint.  I do know there is a ******************* that lives in **.  He said they were filing a complaint in court in TN against me for fraud.  I am sorry I do not have any more information.

    I don't have Sams credit card and they are calling to collect $14,000.00 , I called Sams club they said that they don't have any account for me.

    This debt collector has been calling me, my parents, and any past contacts about a debt that is not valid. My credit report is free and clear of all complaints and debts, and their attempt to fabricate a debt seems to be a common scam based on their BBB profile.
