- Deposit Policy : To guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to one night's lodging is required. Deposit must be received when the reservation is placed. All advance deposits and credit card guarantees are credited to the last night of the reservation. Balance is due in full upon arrival. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy : If cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be non-refundable. If 7 or more days advance notice is given prior to arrival, a minimum $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation policy for special event dates may vary.
