    Single Digits is my Internet Service Provider. They are the sole provider for my Apartment Complex, ******** ****** *****. The service is intermittent and goes off two to three times during every 30 minute work Teams call. They came to my unit in January and March to try to fix the issue and did not fix it. I am trying again to get them to come out to fix the issue and they are unresponsive. I opened a case on 8/9, and they have not sent anyone or responded in 20 days. I have called five times and they continue to tell me that it is with the senior engineers. There are no supervisors or managers to talk with. I have a very difficult time running meetings and working from home full time with this internet issue.

    My apartment complex (****** ** **** ****** in Morgantown, WV) switched to Single Digits internet service in the past couple of years. Since then, there are constant outages that may take days until the internet comes back on. This is student housing, and in order to get my work done, do my research, and run my small business, internet access is crucial. Last Wednesday, my internet went out, and Single Digits has yet to do anything about it. This is out of my apartment complex’s control, as they’ve reached out to Single Digits as well. I’ve called the internet company several times a day, and they constantly say that they are “working diligently” to solve the issue and that someone is coming to my apartment to resolve the issue that day, but no one ever comes. I am constantly getting the run-around from this company, and they do nothing to fix these issues regardless of whether I call or if my apartment complex calls them. I’ve been without wifi for 6 days now, and the school year is about to start, so I am very afraid of falling behind in my Masters program. I really need help with this issue, and Single Digits has done nothing to resolve this problem for me or my other neighbors who are experiencing the same thing.
