This business is a complete scam and joke. As a student that attendeds Michigan State University and has an apartment, I can’t wrap my head around how they are even a company. My WiFi continuously goes out daily. All of there reviews are one stars, and I’m sure if people could choose 0 they would. WiFi is one of the most essential things that people need in order to work, relax and sometimes even function. Some business ??Review from Julie Ann W

Student has lived in an apartment for 6.5 weeks. Internet is provided through Single Digits it has been down 2 times, once for 14 days and once for 4 days so far. That is just a little under half the time. When calling Single Digits, call center is polite, and always says there is an escalated call group, but they are not taking calls. They always say, "engineers are reviewing". Perhaps they need more effective engineers. And a management team for the call center that assists associates.Review from Tanner R

Hands down the worst ISP I have ever had, I don't understand how they get contracts with apartments. I live in an upscale apartment complex in the middle of a big city and this has been the most frustrating internet I've ever dealt with. I'm only 6 months into my lease and the longest I've gone without an issue with this joke of an ISP has been two weeks. There have been multiple building-wide outages and only one of them happened during the storm. I’ve now missed 3 major deadlines due to outages and the most recent outage happened in the middle of a nice sunny day while I was working from home. I now have to make up hours later. Finally, their app is the most useless thing I've ever seen. The only thing you can do with it is change your password. You can't manage devices connected or even see a status of your connection. I will never live somewhere again if they use Single Digits.Review from Aaron N

Single Digits is a horrible company, do not use them, they are being contracted for wireless internet service in our apartment complex and the transition is horrific. No communication exists between the project manager, technical support and intake. I can not stream Fubo and Sling, my laptop will not interface with my printer and we are being charged $75 a month for internet service we can't access. I ask for a supervisor and I am told that they are not available. A rating of 1 is too high for this company. Unfortunately our apartment management has elected to use Single Digits and we are unable to get out of this agreement and purchase our own service.Review from Valencia M

I have been attempting to get my service repaired for over one month. They sent a person out that does not have the ability to repair the issue three weeks in a row. Now when I call I still can not get a date of when to expect that my services will be repaired and the customer service representatives response is " I will call you back" .Review from Erica M

It's hard to even give Single Digits 1 star. They are a joke of a company. I live in an apartment complex which binds me to their service for Television and Internet. I have lived in this beautiful complex for going on two years and I have had 4 occurrences of television outage. It is actually causing me to reevaluate renewing my lease. Clearly their "technical support" are just people sitting at home pretending to actually get your case resolved and they are doing absolutely nothing. I think when they put you on hold, they are just pressing the hold button and sitting there for a few minutes to take a break from being yelled at by frustrated customers; only to come back on the phone and act as though they have escalated your case. I have sat at home multiple times WAITING on technicians only for nobody to show up. When you call them to say that no technician ever came, they tell you that the technician was "pulled off" the case and that it will be another week before they can get someone else out to fix it. What's funny to me is that only on 1 out of these 4 occurrences did a technician actually show up; not be able to fix my TV, say he will come back, never did, and then my tv worked the next day. It seems to always just randomly be that your tv service will start working again. I don't think they even have technicians. I think they just contract out tv techs and you are LUCKY if someone shows up. This company will string you along until you just don't want to deal with them anymore, then you turn your tv on a month later, and viola....You have Service. That will last about 3 months and then you are stuck with no TV again for another month. It's a constant cycle of BAD SERVICE. I think they should be sued for taking customers money and not providing the service promised.Review from Steven B

We have had connectivity issues for over 6 months after our community expanded since opening. No one at Single Digit (or Greystar-our management) has responded to our request for support. Single Digit at first did not respond to email and then when reached by phone initially said we were not serviced by them. Apartments are handled by a “separate division” (likely sold off from their commercial service). Their “support” says they can only check individual devices but cannot determine service outages due to capacity design or external issues. Pretty much our experience is similar to other reviews here/befitting of the 1 star.Review from Ty B

Have had ongoing connectivity problems for greater than 2 weeks that were to be escalated to the advanced support team, and were reescalated to it twice with no resolve. For over 2 weeks I have received no contact or update. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they told me they would be in touch, which they have not. I would never use a company that uses single digits for its wireless provider again as the technical support is useless, the service is pathetic at best, and their customer service is far below par. This company deserves a F on the BBB website. I honestly have no idea how they have an A+, but if that is the case BBB should be ashamed and also lose any positive reputation they have.Review from Karen B

This company has made 2 appointments to visit my premises and no one had shown on both occasions. I would like to see them sued for breach of contract.
