      I would not recommend getting your windows from renewal by Anderson, I felt once they got my money I didn’t matter anymore, I was told things at the initial meeting with the salesman that didn’t happen, and when I emailed him about it he told me “I have been doing this for 25 years I would of never said that” and then when I
      emailed him again he just stopped responding, after my project was done customer service emailed me wanting to know how everything went and if I had any issues, and if I would email them about it so we can resolve anything. I told them the only
      issue I had was with the salesman and being lied to, that was 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for a response, so in my opinion I would not recommend getting your windows from renewal by Anderson I would get them from somewhere else it will save you the headache and a lot of money I will never buy any of their products again and I will tell anyone who is looking for windows to not buy from them

      Worst company I have ever worked with. Windows now howl when the wind is above 5 miles an hour. They have been out 5 times and howling is still happening. Installation was a zoo, no one spoke English and they destroyed our flowers in front of our house and person in charge laughed about it. Very very disappointed with the Installation and with the product. Worst interaction all the way around.

      Our install and service managers have been to the home on several occasions trying to address the issues. We compensated the customers for the damaged flowers and had numerous conversations on how to make it right. The install crew is very knowledgeable, and has English speaking members for customer assistance. We have re-set a window in an attempt to remedy the problem and have a follow up appointment set for January 3, 2023 at 8:30 am. We have not ignored the customer and/or the issues, we will continue to work to resolve any and all issues.
