      Had new windows installed summer of 2025, July time frame. Painter for trim was injured and was not able to get out and paint until September, which was fine. When he came out he painted the trim white, instead of off white to match the rest of the trim in the house. He also only did three of the four windows areas we had replaced. (multiple windows in each area). So I went to do the work myself from that point and noticed the non-professional work by Renewal by Anderson. Huge gaps above my windows, damaged some vents with ladders. they put in white windows where everything else is off white. For a top of the line company the work seems very unprofessional and sub par, especially for the money paid. I would like to see a partial refund.
