      Guaranteed acceptance??? NOPE. LIE. I’m 46, over the acceptance rate but a little bit still over it so why was I turned down? My prescriptions.

      Terrible company to be involved with. So many problems with my fairly new policy. I am going to cancel my policy and request a refund for the premiums I have paid.

      If I could give a zero rating, I would. This company denied my long-term coverage solely on the basis of chronic sinus issues. My doctor had ordered a CT scan and then wanted an MRI as verification; the report stated "no acute intracranial findings, no acute abnormalities; there are signs of chronic sinus infections but nothing acute". I have no other health conditions, but was denied because of recurring sinus infections. I wonder if they even accept anyone???? Seems ridiculous.

      If I could give you 0 stars I would.
      We purchased what we thought was life insurance but had it reviewed and it’s accidental death policy. Called to speak to a customer service person to see if we could add to it or change it because we were told it was life. We said there agent lied to us. They were rude and somewhat nasty to my husband. I would not recommend Mutual of Omaha to anyone. We have had this policy for three years to find out it’s not what we purchased. State Farm explained it to us.

      Mutual of Omaha has just sent a Second letter to my late sister-in-law to buy insurance. This comes after I answered a previous mailing to which I wrote to Mutual of Omaha including a Mass card, dating her death on May 10, 2023. I find it ironic that an insurance company would send a second application for insurance after I sent them a letter informing them that Judith Helen Tague was deceased.

      This company is terrible. After submitting evidence and being told by 3 doctor's and specialists that I should not return to work. Their Physician (whom I've never met) decided that I was fine to work and should have been back at work! LOL
      Its incredible that these thieves are allowed to operate. What a joke. Stay away from this business if you care about yourself or your family. I will strongly urge you to use a different company for insurance needs. They messed up dates and probably did not even read my claim and appeal by the sounds of things. What a waste oftime and money. You have been warned

      An absolute failure to hard-working people. The claim process was abysmal, they required forms that are privy to a general consumer, claimed they never received these forms, and then proceeded to deny my claim after they magically were found for the most unfound reasons. What a fraud of a company. Do you help anyone?

      My annuity began to be serviced by this company last year after being service by another company for several years. The first 1099R Mutual of Omaha sent me was incorrect and the second one which was not labelled as corrected was put out after the federally mandated release date for business to do so.

      Fast forward to this year and the electronic copy was released earlier in January and was again incorrect. I called and got a 'oh' we will bump it up and get it fixed but don't know when. Now they have again mailed a hard copy and again it is incorrect.

      Why is it that a company can not figure out that the return of an employees contributions on an annuity is NOT taxable income EVER and correctly report it the first time they generate a 1099R. Continuing to issue incorrect ones when the problem has been pointed out to them just show how poorly this organization is run and their lack of respect for policy holders.

      These repeated mistakes are costing them money and causing them to get reported to the IRS for failing to uphold their responsibility

      Not too happy with Mutual of Omaha myself. My mother n law has been paying on a LTC policy since 1993, now she needs to use it and they are given us the run around. They stop selling this policy back in 2010, for what was told to me..Now, in the state of Virginia it is NOT required to have a nurse 24/7 at a assisted living however Mutual of Omaha says differently, the policy reads that the facility has to have a nurse (not on call) but at the facility 24-hours. I understand a policy is in hand for a reason but come on.....If this policy stopped in 2010 I would think the policy holder would have the opportunity to adjust the policy, what good is this policy if you can not use it? I have had nothing but the run around and it is getting on my nerves. This women is 85 years old and going through this...They DONT want to pay, they would rather you cash out because it is less money they will have to pay out, who cares about the person who needs the help. Shame on them.
