Well this bank this the second time they do it to me I was not really familiar with this when I buy first track I provide them a proof on my insurance the first day I get my truck my insurance cover it and then couple months later I receive a letter saying I don't have insurance in my truck so I call them and provide my policy number to them but they never file so they put a trustee insurance, so I was paying them and then my insurance too I sed up automatic payments through my bank's, and then couple years later, I'll find out, so I have to call my insurance company to provide them I was caver for I not recall very well, but the was one to two years? They never give me my money. They told me they wanna reduce my debt for my truck. But I never see a difference so I decided to let it be. And then about 6 later I cod sign my older brother to get a car, same bank. We did everything to dealership by phone me ****** **** my brother ** ******** so they approve it same problem with insurance my brother, Toll me hi go in person like tree time, to show them the insurance policy number in paper they keep saying you not have insurance so the third day hi go to bank they Management they treated him badly because he get anger try to find out what's going on no answers at all so they call the big boss and she was worth's so he just drop the paper insurance there and he live the bank so to this day we own them a lot of money him been pay them for five years no stop so I know this because my brother move with me in ****** **** and I ask him how much you owe end your car because I'll was been checking my credit report and I never see the car there so I was thinking that was paid off so they never report so I called them to see wash going on and they give me very stupid answers. I'm sorry but did it.
