  An oak library panel surrounds two of our floor-to-ceiling windows that needed replacing. Two companies said they'd "try" not to damage it. North Country guaranteed they would not damage it -- & they did not damage it! Installers Tony & Dylan also did a great job on the outside wrap. A previous company we'd hired for other windows did a sloppy job on their last install -- leaving gaps at corner of outside wrap. They also left a metal tool that, had it not been bright red, I might have run over with our lawnmower. Clean-up by Tony & Dylan was flawless. This is our second install by North Country (they also did a set of sliding doors for us) & I highly recommend them.

  North Country Windows & Baths did an amazing job when we were looking for new windows. Our sales rep Drew did a great job explaining their windows, and the various options, and creating a plan that best worked for us. Then come install time, the install crew was extremely professional. They helped remove difficult window shades and worked quickly, efficiently, and extremely clean as my house looks as if they weren't even there and new windows just appeared. I would highly recommend North Country Windows when looking to update and upgrade your house with new windows!

  Would not recommend. I replaced all of the windows in my first house with North Country Windows. Then moved to a new home and replaced all windows with North Country Windows. Have tried filing 2 claims with them at the second home, only to be told that they will not cover the damage. The first event, was the kitchen window was leaking into the wall and we didn't notice until the drywall started to bulge and crack. A North Country contractor came and fixed the window so it didn't leak any more, but they would not do anything for the wall and drywall damage. Then, the paint started coming off of all of the aluminum trim on every window that I have. I called to file a claim and have them repair. I was told this was an aluminum issue that they were aware of, however, they were not covering it. They said that they could come and repair the trim, however, I would have to pay them for the repairs.
  I had actually referred friends to North Country Windows. And after replacing every window in two different homes, this customer service is unacceptable.
  I would not recommend this company to anyone again. There are plenty of window companies that offer comparable windows with much better customer service. One Star rating is a stretch in my opinion. Jason W, ******** **
