    We have had DISH Network cable, internet, and phone services for many years. We recently switched our internet and phone to a new service provider, but are keeping cable service with DISH. We have called their customer service numbers many times to cancel those services; wait times on hold have averaged 45 minutes to an hour, when you finally get an actual person to answer your call, we are told that they are unable to access ‘that system’ or cannot perform that service. They tell us to call back at a different hour or day, you can’t speak to a manager or supervisor, they are always unavailable. They also do not allow these changes to be made online, only by speaking to a customer service representative, which then entails the long hold only to be told that they cannot help me. It’s a very circular process that gets you nowhere and is quite deceiving. I’ve wasted many hours on this, but *** *** **** ********* ** ** ******* *** ******* **** *** ************ *** certainly don’t need the extra stress. Thank you for time and assistance on this matter.

    We were so disappointed in Dish. We had terrible service on one TV and none at all on the 2nd. We called repeatedly but didn't receive the help to correct the problems now they want to charge us 400 cancel fee
