We have had DISH Network cable, internet, and phone services for many years. We recently switched our internet and phone to a new service provider, but are keeping cable service with DISH. We have called their customer service numbers many times to cancel those services; wait times on hold have averaged 45 minutes to an hour, when you finally get an actual person to answer your call, we are told that they are unable to access ‘that system’ or cannot perform that service. They tell us to call back at a different hour or day, you can’t speak to a manager or supervisor, they are always unavailable. They also do not allow these changes to be made online, only by speaking to a customer service representative, which then entails the long hold only to be told that they cannot help me. It’s a very circular process that gets you nowhere and is quite deceiving. I’ve wasted many hours on this, but *** *** **** ********* ** ** ******* *** ******* **** *** ************ *** certainly don’t need the extra stress. I am due a ***** refund from dish. In Feb, I closed account but had already paid for that month. The difference in amount owned was **.+. This amount was credited to the closed account. I called the March 24th. I was told to call back on April 4th and the REFUND TOOLS would be available. Regardless to say,,no tools today either. No available supervisor and no date when the tool will be available. * ** ** ****** ******** *** I need my money. Help and thanks.
