    I returned an unused item that was within all of the guidelines for a return (perfect condition, no missing parts, timely return, unused) and they charged me an $89 restocking fee for an item that cost $179.

    Returned an unopened product, same day I got it, I returnted it withing a few hours, it said 2 day at the time of purchase, so assumed it was shipped from Amazon, looks like it was not, it was from Spreetail instead, easy for people to get tricked.

    They claim they got the package, even though fedex said not even delivered to them yet, then they gave a 50% refund saying the item was damaged, I have proof of the image before and I asked them for image proof to which they declined to provide.

    They are trying to use a loop hole in Amazon's return policy to charge people, do not trust or purchase from this company, and now I am at a $90 loss.

    Looking at all these reviews here, looks like other people got tricked here as well

    Buyer beware, Spree tail company,I ordered a pantry from this company I went to cancel it immediately the cancel this product code came up I hit the button as soon as I hit the button it said that my shipment was shipped already 5 seconds after I ordered it which makes no sense I didn't want to go with something so heavy to make a long story short, Spree tail was no help at all they wanted to charge 3/4 shipping fee back to me for a product that the box was all warped it smelled like mildew don't know how long this product was sitting in their store room I am 74 years old I can't even lift this product I had to get somebody to pick it up and bring it in the house for me to begin with and they expect me who rides a bus to take this back to get my money back which I will be losing 3/4 of my refund ,I need for buyers to beware from this company Spree tail before you buy check it all out check out the shipping return everything Amazon was no better they did not even help me I am going to have to put this out for the garbage because it smells of mildew and moldy the box was all warped when I received it buyer beware before you order from Spree tail company, sad that I've been a customer of Amazon for a long long time and lately they are no help to anyone please do your research on Spree tail before you order

    Spreetail LLC is a shady and dishonest seller. I ordered an electric dirt bike on November 4, 2025, for $510, and it was supposed to arrive by November 6. Instead, Spreetail suddenly canceled my order, claimed there was an issue with shipping, and refunded me only to raise the price to $792 the very next day.
    When I called Amazon, Spreetail wouldn't replace the item at the price I paid they told me I could "just order another one" at the new, higher price. That's not a mistake, that's price manipulation.
    After looking into it, I found many other buyers who said Spreetail did the same thing to them. This feels fraudulent, deceptive, and unethical. I'll never buy from this seller again and hope the BBB investigates these shady business practices.

    Bad experience, I was trying to return a item they answer me to pay $173 for the shipping costs because is a large and heavy item not more alternatives just paid this if you need your money back but $173 really? Terrible experience

    I ordered a pool as well from Spreetail. We did not even open our box and then in our return window asked to return the pool. I assumed since we did not even open it we would get a full refund. Now I come on here and read bad review after review. Had I known I would not receive my full refund I may have tried to sell our pool instead of returning the box. This is ridiculous. They even said we could return it in another box if needed but nope we didn’t even open not open it and yet they say it’s not eligible for a full refund?!?! How??? They should send it back to me since they are keeping half my money. Ridiculous!

    This company sells on eBay, Amazon and Walmart.com. pools , inflatable hot tubs and such. They ONLY ship with a Semi truck and have had my money for two weeks and I don’t have my item. They refuse to find an alternative delivery method. Nowhere in the order process do they disclose shipping service requirements. Many people can’t get a semi truck delivery because of weight restrictions and or street width. The company refuses to accommodate. Beware!!

    I am very sorry that we were not able to reach your location. Our larger items are not able to be carried by standard shipping methods such as USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS. We try to compact our deliveries as small as we can but that is not always something we are able to produce.

    Ordered a rain barrel and when it arrived it was missing the screen cover which is necessary for the rain barrel to work. It also appeared to have been previously opened as the plastic packaging was missing. I returned the rain barrel and was then charged a restocking fee equivalent to half the price of the item. The claimed basis for the restocking fee was that the item arrived with a piece missing, the reason I returned the item in the first place. Very frustrating.

    I ordered a pool through this company on TikTok shop. I got my pool but a couple days later a package containing an electric car charger was delivered. I didn’t order it. On the bottom of the shipping label in tiny writing, it says the make of the pool I ordered. This company is trying to scam me. Do not order from this company. Now I’m afraid my identity will be stolen.

    I ordered a pool on Amazon. I returned it within the refund window, in the original unopened box. The company originally sent the item to me with address labels on the actual product box, obviously they themselves making it not able to be resold. When I returned it in the same manner I received it they stole $62 from my total refund due to the product (the box they shipped it in) no longer in new condition. I tried to deal with them through Amazon messaging and they just talked around me offering no actual insight and insulting my intelligence. Horrible experience and sad for my kid’s summer!
