1 starusband was charged $1818.99 on Feb 12 for a Computer item upon notify the bussiness he does not want that item the bussiness quickly notify the Courier to cancel delivery and return the item back to there warehouse in NE on Feb 19 there item was returned i have tracking number item new u opened here close to 5 months he is still waiting for the refund keep jurking him around shady bussiness my husband is a disabled vet from the golf war with PTSD he don’t need to be treated this wayXOTIC PC

We did respond to your husband regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the delay is due to a chargeback that was initiated on the order. Once a chargeback is opened, the process is no longer in our hands—it must be resolved through the payment provider. This prevents us from issuing a direct refund or taking further action until the claim is fully closed.
If the chargeback had not been filed, we could have handled this much sooner and directly. That said, we’re more than willing to assist in any way we can once the dispute is resolved on the payment provider’s side.

5 starsAlthough it took approximately a month to receive the gaming PC after it was ordered, the staff at Xotic PC answered all of my questions and kept me informed on the pressing of the build. The product was shipped very well, including a foam insert inside the unit to shield the inner hardware from any damage during the shipping process. In addition, Xotic PC included extra cables and hardware, Windows recovery USB drive, Windows 11 Professional software disc, DTS Sound Unbound License and all pertinent NVIDIA and AMD software. All hardware and cables were neatly arranged inside the computer case, which tells me that the staff takes the time to maximize the appearance and functionality of the computer. 1 starSecond time sending my laptop in to be repaired by them first time was sent back to me still broken not functioning. This time sent back to me completely wrong. Nothing set up like the original order as they state it should have been. Mind you they made me pay to ship it to them both times even though they shipped it back to me broken sounds like now maybe I might have to pay to ship it back a third time so they can fail to set it up, again worst company ever to get your computer and have it warranted through. Would not recommend them to anybody! Avoid them!XOTIC PC

1 starAbsolutely WORST customer service I've EVER experienced in my life!! I purchased a VERY expensive PC from them, custom build so I assumed it would take a little while... well fast forward two months and i finally get my package! One box. I open it and find the PC, some accesories, a t-shirt, and spare parts.... NO monitor, keyboard, or mouse which i spent an additional almost four hundred dollars for. I email them asking where the rest of it is, assuming maybe it came in two packages. NOPE they emailed me back saying they would hate to think it got stolen but heres a police report, fill it out and send it back to us.... EXCUSE ME?! i just spent four grand, the last thing i want to do is hunt down my package.... finally they realized they messed up and said theyd ship it out ASAP.. fast forward a whole week and they then tell me its out of stock SMH..... long story short, after back and forth emails of them ARGUING with me, i finally asked for my money back and canceled the order and went to best buy and bought a dang monitor myself. Should have my money back in 10 freakin business days. WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT WAIT thats all you do with xotic, and then you get let down. i better see my money back ASAP or the police report will be filed against XOTIC. 10/10 WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS EVER AGAIN.XOTIC PC

1 starAvoid these guys. I purchased a custom laptop through them with extended warranties and free ground shipping. What a nightmare.
First, I had to send it back for a dead pixel warranty. They sent it back to me bitlocked. That was fun to figure out.
Second, one of the hard drives failed, so I sent it back again, and though they replaced the hard drive, they broke the second screen, so I sent it back again. They sent it back to me. STILL BROKEN.
Third, I sent it back to them again for the screen they didn't fix. This time, they had to send it to the manufacturer (Asus) to repair it. I get it back, and finally, the screen is fixed, but now the speakers don't work.
Fourth, I've now been waiting a year for the speakers to be fixed under warranty. They claim they've contacted Asus and are working on a solution with the Canadian Asus. It doesn't take a year to come up with a solution and honor the extended warranty.
The customer service is trash. The service is trash. The communication is the worst I've ever experienced. I swear they do 0% testing before sending it back, but claim it goes through rigorous tests. You'd think that after spending over $7,000, they would want to ensure a good customer service experience and secure a second PC build. With the experience I've had with these guys, if I could go back in time, I would choose someone else to build my laptop. The next step will be reporting to the BBB, and if it's still not resolved, small claims court. Avoid these guys so that you don't have the same experience.XOTIC PC

1 starI bought the Y40 Ghost ready to ship and it came in and right out the box my looked to have been ripped out of its spot and I cant run call of duty at more then 100fps when I look around. I've had people look at it and try and fix it but nothing is wrong according to the people. DO NOT BUY FROM XOTIC PCXOTIC PC

1 starSent me a broken PC, spent over 4 months with customer support going back and forth with no resolution. Sent the computer back for RMA, nothing was fixed. They claimed it was the power supply, had me buy a new one, didn’t fix the problem. Then had me buy new ram, that didn’t fix it. Spent more weeks with customer support with no end in sight. Oh did I mention UPS damaged my Y70 case during the first RMA visit. Finally threw in the towel and sent it back for a refund, only for them to tell me the GPU got damaged in transit and it was basically my fault and there’s a good chance I would have to cover the cost. Meanwhile still have no clue as to why the PC never worked in the first place. The RMA team there is an absolute dumpster fire. Their customer service has absolutely no clue how to deal with problems. Stay far away from these idiots. They literally have No clue what they’re doing. Almost 5 months and no computer, but they got the money right….. Place is a joke. 1 starThe worst computer shopping experience.
The computer did not work when it arrived. When I asked for a refund, they issued an incorrect return and refused to correct it. The issue ended up being that they did not assemble the computer correctly in the first place. Support was able to fix it after over a month. Suspiciously, two weeks after the warranty expired several of the keys on the keyboard stopped working most of the time, including the power button.
I wish I had seen all of the other google reviews before I shopped here.XOTIC PC

1 starI order a 6000 dollar pc from them in November 19th 2023. I just received the pc today and everything seemed to be good but due to them overclocking which I requested the computer would boot up and give countless error codes. I had to reset the entire pc and install windows 10 again because of their overclocking which i paid 100$ for. Its very disappointing when you wait over 2 months for a pc and it doesnt work. You will not recieve status updates whatsoever. I had to reach out to get told that theres delays due to lack of pump for water cooling. I explained that i was extremely dissatisfied and they sent a picture of the pc via email saying all thats left is to wait for pump and then it will go into q&a testing which they obviously didnt do. And then on top of that the picture they sent me had a entirely different gpu than what i have in it now. I will never order from this company again and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go elsewhere if you want a quality build and some decent customer service. Dont count on support chat to be in contact with the build department i have screenshot of waiting over a hour for them to get in contact with their own company just to get told they will have to email me with a update on the computer all to never receive a update.XOTIC PC

1 starDisastrous; faulty unit had a complete blowout in less a year.
Had a need for a new computer; never went with XOTICPC before, but heard good things, so I figured I'd give them a try; MSI laptop ran fine for about a year, then had a blowout; at first, I thought it just needed a new power supply; XOTICPC arranged shipping to MSI; MSI inspected the unit, determined the entire laptop had a blowout, needed full replacement, and provided a quote which was roughly the cost of the entire unit; I refused this course of action, and instead requested the unit be shipped back to myself so I could get a hard drive restore/transfer performed once I had a new laptop.
At the time of initial purchase, I figured I had gotten a decent deal on a model that was going out of circulation. In retrospect, now, I get the feeling I only ended up dropping ~$1.5k on failed hardware MSI was offloading.
XOTICPC also has the audacity to send you a link to review their product - which goes to a dead page, so you can’t leave a review.
Cherry on top - the staff at XOTICPC flagged a negative review I left on TrustPilot, claiming they didn’t “think it was based on a genuine experience.” I have the emails. I have the order confirmation email. I have the order number. I have emails of our correspondences together, when the laptop had the blowout. I have email invoices for what MSI wanted for repairs. This event legitimately occurred, and they’re trying to claim it didn’t. Astounding.XOTIC PC
