      I had a great experience for a not so great car problem. Drove down to visit family and my Jeep had a electrical issue. They got me in quick and dealt with the problem. My advisor David kept me up to date daily with exactly what they were doing to fix the problem. Will go back if im ever in the area

      Lake Norman Dodge Service department is ran over well. My service manager, Jordan was very courteous and thorough. He kept me informed the whole time I waited.
      My only complaint is that the air filters were very expensive.

      I am highly upset with my experience here. A car salesman named ****** agreed to lower my monthly payments because I explained that it was out of my budget. He agreed to the lower payments only for the finance manager Nic to mention a powertrain warranty but failed to ask me if i wanted it. Now my payments are oddly the same exact price it originally was. These people do not care about your needs. I would strongly recommend you find a dealership that cares about your needs and not their own commission.

      I usually don’t take the time to fill out surveys but I have to give credit where it is due . This was a very friendly and helpful experience . Everyone was very attentive and nice and one person in particular Ms . Kasey went over and beyond to help me and she was very genuine .

      I purchased a SUV from this company in August 2024. February of this year the truck was put in the shop for the transmission going out. When I purchased the car the sales person told me it was normal for the gear to get stuck and I just needed to wait a minute. I was also told to keep the truck for six months then trade it in. This vehicle has been in the shop for the last 6 weeks with no eta on a transmission. Ive been paying for a rental car out of pocket. I would not recommend this business if it was the last thing I did.

      On January 23, 2023, I went to Parks Buick GMC on Laurens Rd to trade and purchase another vehicle. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from PARKS/Sitton. I always use the same SALES AGENT. I trusted the salesperson so much my wife and I got to be friends with her. This day we decided to purchase 2022 Acadia SLT. The vehicle had low mileage considering. Now here it is 23 months later and I am finding tell tell items that I determined that this vehicle has been wrecked. We were not told that at the time of purchase. I went back and looked at my sales contract and did not find a car fax report. Anyhow I ask about the car fax and the PARKS office sent me a copy. NO ACCIDENTS REPORTED AS OF 01/23/2023. I went online to car fax and my copy showed it was involved in an accident. I contacted my Sales Agent and she admitted it had been in an accident. I took the car to a couple of BODY SHOPS and was told that yes it had been repaired from an accident. I was told anywhere from minor to major damage had occurred. My salesperson called me and I spoke with her and the SALES MANAGER via speakerphone call. They both wanted me to bring the car back. I informed them both my wife and I like the car and the way it drives. And that I would think about it. IN CLOSING WHAT MADE ME REALLY MAD IS WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT AT TIME OF PURCHASE. I more than likely would not have purchased it.

      Lack of commitment. I bought my 2016 Jeep Grand cherokee for a transmission replacement through ***************** and after the replacement the new transmission was faulty and they replaced it again and we bought it back because the transmission still failing. They gave us a lender for a while but than we were told to return the lender and gave us our Jeep Grand cherokee back without being fixed. Our policy paid around ****** dollars for a new transmission and we still have a broken transmission. Our patience and hopes has worn-out and apparently the case is closed on both sides by dealer service department and ***************** We will have no choice but bring this situation to our to court, customers affairs or any legal entity that will held responsible the obvious negligence by the Chryslers's dealer service members. I called **************** and they told me that Chryslers's member ****** was supposed to send them last details of pictures to approve replacement but now I can't get a hold of ****** anymore and no one is doing anything about it. The dealer service department already collected ****** and today I still doesn't have my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed and this is going on from the beginning of April and today October 25 I don't have my transmission fix. 6 MONTH FOR GOD SAKE 6 MONTH. I really showed my respect and my patience until now but THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE ABUSE BY NEGLIGENCE. My desperation leave me no other way but submit my legal claim. This is so absolutely sad and LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

      I purchased 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Parks Gmc that was certified. it has been back in service for multiple issues and put it back in the shop today for issues that has already been in service for the same reasons. They gave me a loaner car and asked for a credit card (never ask before) to put on file for any incidentals for the loaner. One of the many times I put my truck back in to service. I got home and noticed a pretty good size dent in the driver side cab area. I took it back to service and was told it could not have happened there. I know it happened there. I should have asked them for a credit card for leaving my vehicle there. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Parks.

      We have reached out about these concerns and believe that we are currently addressing them with the customer. While they have had multiple issues with the vehicle, Parks GMC has followed the proper repair process required by GM warranty and we have made repairs to his vehicle based on those steps. We are working with GM to try and provide a long term resolution to alleviate the customers concerns. We do provide courtesy vehicles to our customers, but just like any other rental vehicle, Insurance/ License and Credit Card must be on file per Company policy and this is a standard practice. The damage concern is also being investigated and adressed with the customer currently per Management.
