      "Do not go to these people for warranty work unless you bought the vehicle from them and it has a warranty through parks Chevrolet Brought my truck in for the diagnostic check done they then told me they would not follow my warranty companys protocol procedures for submitting a claim which all my warranty company wanted them to do was take 8-10 pictures and upload them online thru the warranty claim which was all done online and processed within 24 hours. Well after being told they will not take pictures (REMOVEDthe service desk employee) I then demanded to talk to a manager who took me to their office sat me down and then explained to me thats not their procedure for filing claims." ...
