      I started ********** delivery abt. 2 weeks ago. I'm renting 1 H20 dispenser for $6.99/month & 2-5 gallon bottles of ********** at $8.99 EACH per delivery. I like getting ********** delivery & would like to continue getting it. Unfortunately, I've had numerous problems in the slightly over 2 weeks with this company. The 1st problem was the incessant emails I received almost on a daily basis from them telling me of they're charging my bank account the full price each day. So, that is $50 almost each day they claim they're taking out of my bank account. The 2nd problem is when I called trying to reach a live human being, I had a near impossible time getting past their AI who doesn't comprehend me. When I FINALLY reached a live human being, they reassured me that I was only charged once and they were able to get the recurring almost daily emails stopped. I have a new problem now. They made a delivery of 2-5 gallon bottles of ********** on Wednesday April 3, 2024. The delivery man took 1 empty bottle away, so, I have 3-5 gallon bottles of **********. I received my bill today of $17.98 for 2-5 gallon bottles of ********** + 18 cents for tax to = $38.15! Please explain to me why I am being charged $19.99 more. Nowhere on the bill does it explain what that $19.99 is for. The money has already been taken out of my bank account. I didn't waste my time calling them to find out why they were stealing money from my bank account because I don't know how to speak AI and their AI does not speak my language. I'm demanding that they return the $19.99 as quickly as they stole it from my bank account. I realize businesses are hurting just as financially as people are. Running a business is just as expensive as living, BUT, that does not give Primo the right to financially **** my bank account for profit! **********************, you stole the money within a few seconds. You will return the $19.99 to my bank account within a few seconds! This is non-negotiable. Also, your site won't let me print my bill.

      I have tried since 12/22/23 to cancel your service without success. I was told they would pick up the remaining inventory of water, and machine on 1/9/24, but the driver pulled into the parking lot and then left without ever getting out of the vehicle. I called and reported the issue on 1/16/24 and was rescheduled for 1/22/24 for pickup, and again the driver never showed. Your company received a check in early January for $101.43 leaving a very small balance of $17.49. Being that we had inventory of water still in our office, we should have been credited back for and therefore leaving a credit due to our company. Instead, your failure to pick up the machine and allow us to successfully cancel your service has continued to generate late fees, paper invoice fees, and other predatory fees because of your failure, not ours. Ive now called a 4th time, today, April 11th to cancel our account. The agent reversed all fees other than late fees and paper invoice fees from January to current leaving a balance of $56.98. Again, there would not be late fees or paper invoice fees had your driver picked up as scheduled on 1/9/24 and 1/22/24, and then our account credited for the water inventory still in our office.This is by far the worst company and worst customer service.
