      I have had horrible experiences with this company. They just dont make your delivery, and then charge you claiming the water was delivered. It is a nightmare dealing with this company… my most recent complaint was that I scheduled a cleaning service of my water cooler and nobody ever showed up… for 3 days they kept saying they would come the following day, but nobody ever showed… and then they charged me!!!

      Their system is terrible. To get reminded that your water delivery is today but the reminder is AFTER the delivery is less than useless. Hence I have 20 empty bottles in my garage. It just is so basic but their alert system is a joke. If you can't do the basic things right...you wonder how the actual water quality is and whether the basics are done to clean bottles, etc. Seems like a private equity run company that cares about how much they can cut out of the company to make them appear profitable so they can then sell them again at a profit to the investors. SAD.

      I am writing about Primo Water. Since they bought Crystal Water I have had nothing but problems with my deliveries and billing. THey dont deliver when they say, they bring wrong amount of water, they were suposed to deliver a new water dispenser...they brought my water but not the dispenser. Yet, they quickly take out your money on auto pay. After so many calls and mix ups..the final straw was them not delivering my new dispenser when they confirmed it via email the day before. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRIMO BRANDS!!!!

      Worst business in the history of business. Bad customer service. Bad delivery service. Bad communication. You ask for a manger and omg?? you are already talking to him?? can’t resolve any issues. Cancel service… waiting one month for them to pick up equipment (free water dispenser lol) do not use their company. I’m sure there are at least 1,000 better! Primo Brands

      I wish I could give them negative stars!! Primo Brands gave me a bogus account number and has been billing administrative fees to me for a year, but I don’t now and never have had an account with them! I have not ordered or received any of their products. I have called them and written letters to them asking them to stop sending me invoices. I was told that they would, but I keep getting invoices. I hired a lawyer, who wrote to Primo Brands, telling them to cease and desist with this harassment and yet I received another invoice today. Primo Brands is the worst!!

      They have regularly added items to my order without my consent. Once they doubled the amount of water I received. Email confirmations prior to my delivery always show correct order, the email confirmation right after shows the added items. They never have an answer as to why this is happening. I have had to argue with them every time we have a delivery to have things removed from my bill. Awful service. Awful company. Account has been closed.

      We cancelled our service due to problems with billing after using the water service for over 5 years. They merged with another company and their on-line payment portal stopped working. Since I couldn't pay our bill on-line, I called to make the payment, but had to wait for 45 minutes on hold before I finally spoke to someone who could process our payment. I cancelled our service because by then we hadn't had water for over a month but we were being charged for rentals and late fees. We had a credit from the deposits on 9 bottles they finally picked up (I have a receipt showing a $12.13 credit). They continued to send invoices with late fees. I have been emailing with their accounting department. The own company receipt wasn't satisfactory to show that we had paid the balance; they requested a bank receipt showing our final payment. Now they are saying they are rescinding the deposit return, so the saga continues. Do not company for your office water service. If you do, make sure they are not able to auto-bill your account.

      The service delivery and customer service from Primo Brands are terrible. I've tried to cancel my service and have scheduled equipment pickup for the past few months. They refuse to work with me and continue to bill me for the equipment. This company doesn't appear to stand behind its services, and customer service is terrible.

      Actually ZERO stars! The worst- well, most nonexistent service possible. Since the month of June, we have received ONE delivery, and I have spents hours on the phone, chat, and even calling the lying Regional Manager about this. Save yourself the trouble and grief, do NOT waste your time on these people.
