      This company seem to make new rules daily. I always prepay for my gas even though I had an open account. I was NOT on auto-fill and I ordered as needed. In February 2022, they delivered 120 gallons which were authorized. Before the last delivery, I told them I was going to use the rest of the gas out of the tank because I had chosen another company. One of the main reasons for that is not being able to get gas on time during the winter even though it was prepaid. Several people in my area were out of gas during that time. One person was out of gas for over a week. When I called for pickup, they said my restocking fee would be $125. After they got the tank, they said the restocking fee was $250 and that was because I didn't use all of the gas out of the tank. They said I had 45% left in the tank and I have pictures that I had 55%. When I sent the picture to Jamie, the manager, he responded he couldn't tell whether the tank was level or not and the "guys" said it was set aside when they came to get it. He again was insinuating it was my word against theirs. I was charged a $250 restocking fee even though they made an error by delivering unauthorized gas. How could the other company put their tank there if the Diversified Energy was in that spot? I already love my new company and get a lot better and honest service!
